We found the location to be perfect for day trips. Rui was available for providing advice, historical information and he responded to any questions we had immediately. Both he and his wife went above and beyond all expectations to make our stay enjoyable.

Das Apartment war super sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Ich war schon der Annahme, dass alles neu eingerichtet wurde. Der Vermieter meinte aber, dass er es schon 10 Jahre anbietet. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Er zeigte mir sogar die Geheimstrände bei Nazare.

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit vielen++Punkten

Herr Oliveira und seine Frau sind hervorragende Gastgeber, aufgrund von Flugverspätungen und Mietwagenprobleme meldete ich mich bei Ihnen und sie sagten, wir sollten uns keine Sorgen machen, der Schlüssel würde stecken und hefteten noch Bilder an die Nachricht, so war es kein Problem, das Haus mitten in der Nacht zu finden. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung überraschte uns beim Eintreten. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden und ein großer Pluspunkt: die Matratze war top. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für die Fahrten zu den Stränden, den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und alle in Sitio gelegenden Restaurants waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.Die Umgebung ist nachts sehr ruhig, das entfernte Meeresrauschen ist zu hören, stört aber nicht. Mit seinen Wünschen und Fragen kann man sich in jedem Fall an die Gastgeber richten und bekommtimmer korrekte Antworten und gute Tipps dazu. Man kann dieses Haus und seine Leute nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wünschen der Familie Oliveira alles Gute!

Un placer estar en esta casa. Tiene todo lo que necesitabamos para pasar una semana de vacaciones cerca de la playa. Rui y su pareja muy agradables y preocupados por que todo estuviera bien. Respondiendo rápidamente Sitio para repetir.

Muy bueno el alojamiento, disponía de todo de lo que uno puede necesitar para el plan en el que fuimos mi mujer y yo, que estuvimos 6 noches y no echamos de menos nuestra casa en España. Y como no hablar de RUI, el dueño del apartamento, ya que es una persona muy agradable y que nos trató muy bien durante la estancia. No descartamos volver en otra ocasión. Valoramos con 5 *****

Nahe am Strand

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Sehr sauber, Heizung vorhanden. Nahe gelegen zum Strand (mit dem Auto 1-2 Minuten zum Praia do Norte, zu Fuß ca 900 Meter zum schönsten Aussichtspunkt von Nazare) , sehr ruhig gelegen. Ich kann es nur mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!

The accommodations are better than advertised, impeccably clean and modern! Rui, is by far THE BEST host I have ever encountered, and I’ve been travelling via VRBO for a few years! He went out of his way and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and right for me! Nazare is a must visit destination, staying in these accommodations well ensure your trip exceptional!!! If I could give more stars ⭐️ I absolutely would!!!

Nice stay in nazaré

The owner is very nice, friendly and answers very promptly to messages. He even gave us a Xmas present! The apartment is clean, has everything you need and is quiet. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the farol or to playa do norte.We had an issue with the heating, but the next day the owner found a solution. So we managed all right. Note: in Portugal apartments usually don't have heating. When we arrived the apt was cold and we had only too very small electric heaters, not at all enough to have a decent temperature in the apt. But the next day we were given an additional bigger electric heater. From the windows you have no view and the outside terrace is very small and doesn't really have a view on the ocean as others reviews said.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, alles ist vorhanden. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, es war eine schöne Woche dort. Very well maintained apartment, everything is there. Sights are easily accessible on foot. Very friendly landlord, it was a nice week there.

Rundum zufrieden :-)

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden, alles war genau so wie beschrieben, der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Wohnung ist wundervoll. Man sieht, dass sich der Gastgeber viel Mühe macht, die Ausstattung war außergewöhnlich gut und es gibt viele nette Details, die einem den Aufenthalt erleichtern. Zur Lage muss man wissen, dass der Stadtteil erhöht liegt, d.h. man muss ca. 20 Minuten ins Zentrum laufen, mit einigen Treppen. Man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein. Dafür hat man es oben sehr ruhig und zudem einen wunderschönen Ausblick :-) Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
