Apartment in the heart of old Nîmes (parking included)

Beautiful apartment in a typical building in the historic center of Nîmes. This apartment has been completely renovated to welcome you in the best conditions.

The apartment is less than 100 meters from the Arena (amphitheater) and less than 5 minutes walk from the Maison Carrée (Roman temple listed by UNESCO), right next to the town hall.

You have access to the Arena car park for one car (maximum height: 1m90). The car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment (about 200 meters).
The SNCF train station is 500 meters from the apartment.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space. Bed linen is provided.
You can relax in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional.
You have a simple breakfast (milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, accompanied by madeleines, toast and cereals).
In the bathroom you will find everything you need (towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but in the bedrooms and living room you have ceiling fans.

The accommodation is on the third floor without a lift.
It is on 2 levels, a staircase gives access to the second bedroom.

You are located in the middle of the pedestrian street with all the advantages such as the many very good restaurants in Nîmes, museums, monuments and disadvantages such as noise as in all city centers.

You also have access to a locked room on the ground floor to store bicycles (max 3).

For your arrival (check-in), the apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. (15:00) and the parking from 2:00 p.m. (14:00).

For your departure (check-out), you must leave the apartment no later than 11:00 (11:00) and the parking lot at 13:45 (13:45).

USE OF THE PARKING
For parking, we first meet at the entrance to the parking lot (maximum height 1.90 meters). This is the Arènes parking lot.

I will wait for you at the end of the street to give you the parking pass that you will keep for the duration of your stay.
You can enter and exit as many times as you want thanks to the access card. Parking is free in the parking lot.
You park the vehicle then we leave together to the apartment.
