Very bright apartment located in Rosas on the top floor (4th and last floor) with elevator in a luxury residence.
Its pleasant terrace of 10m ² offering an unobstructed view of the heights of rosas and a canal side view.
Private parking in common at the residence is at your disposal.
The apartment is planned to accommodate 4 beds for 4 people (in the living room new sofa bed 140cm Italian system from August 18).
It also has a caretaker, a swimming pool and a children's wading pool. A free wifi connection at the reception (installation of the wifi in the apartment scheduled for September 15), air conditioning, washing machine and everything for cooking (a combi oven / microwave, a hob, a refrigerator / freezer, extractor hood and coffee machine with pod "Nespresso") and a flat screen with Tv Satellite Fr.
The sandy beach of Rosas is located 900 meters and close to several shops 500 meters. Small supermarket a stone's throw away.
The center of Rosas is 2 km, Figueres 15, Empuria Brava 5 and Barcelona 1h30 by car or train (TGV) 40 minutes from Figueres.

A central residence that will allow you to visit Figueres with its famous Dali museum, Girona (airport) 45 minutes, Perpignan (airport) 50 minutes, Casino / Golf 12 kilometers "Peralada" and Cadaques 20km

Trés bon séjour hormis le couchage

Tout s’est trés bien passé, appartement trés bien et bien équippé. Le seul point à souligner est le chouchage. Une chambre avec lit pour 2 personnes, nickel, par contre le canapé dans le salon ne peut pas recevoir 2 personnes ( ou alors 2 enfants en très bas age). Nous avons dû acheter un matelas pneumatique pour notre fille de 12 ans car impossible de dormi à côté de son frere de 15 ans dans le canapé (c’est pourtant des petits gabarits). Concernant le WIFI, c’est uniquement à l’accueil pendant les heures et les jours d’ouverture. Sinon appartement à conseiller.

Nous en sommes ravis que notre appartement vous ait convenu et permis de passer un agréable séjour. En tant que nouveaux propriétaires de l'appartement nous vous informons que nous avons pris en compte vos remarques et avons le plaisir de vous informer que le samedi 18 août le canapé sera remplacé par un nouveau convertible système italien très confortable (couchage 140cm). A partir du 15 septembre la wifi sera installée directement dans l'appartement ainsi que quelques modifications de décoration. Nous souhaitons par ces changements, les prochains séjours inoubliables chez nous. A très bientôt je l'espère. Véronique

Wir waren im Mai 2018 für zwei Wochen in deisem traumhaften Apartment. Wir waren mit zwei Personen (Alter mitte 50) Die Anlage war schön ruhig.. Gutes Bett mit stabiler Matraze 1,40 cm und Schlafsofa 1,40 cm. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Balkon war sehr groß mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Berge. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Leider war das Fernsehprogramm nur in französich,deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Heidelberg

Bonjour, vous pouvez aller dans cet appartement les yeux fermés! Tout est propre et conforme à l'annonce. Un vrai plaisir!!! Nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort de chaque pièce. Profitant tous les jours du balcon où nous déjeunions au soleil et le soir où nous nous faisions la plancha! Il ne manque quasiment rien dans la cuisine au point de vue ustensile et tout est vraiment pratique et simple. Arlette, la dame qui nous reçoit et qui fait la sortie des lieux est une personne adorable. La propriétaire est très sympathique et facile à joindre, sms, mail, téléphone...Voilà, vous savez tout. Je recommande absolument cette location!
