RENT HOUSE IN SANARY ON SEA IN THE VAR (BAY OF BANDOL)
BEACH OF THE GORGUETTE

Just above La Farandole hotel.

The house of about 90m2 (total renovation winter 2018) is composed of:
living / dining room and veranda (air-conditioned) facing the sea and views of Bandol, Bendhor Island and sunset.
kitchen sea view, new, equipped (induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ...)
Bathroom and a shower room with toilet.
Separate toilets.
2 bedrooms: one of 14m2 with cupboard with clothes, storage and bed in 180cm nine, the other of 18m2 with wardrobe and chest of drawers and 2 beds in 90cm.

Optional additional parts.

Iron and ironing board

Located about 100 meters from the beach of Gorguette: sandy beach, supervised, beautiful seabed, accessible to anyone by the path called just "beach" tarmac in front of the house.

In the beautiful Bay of Bandol with a restaurant and a very high quality hotel on the beach, (three other waterfront restaurants are nearby) and 5 minutes from the town center and the port of Bandol and those of Sanary.


Rental dates:
Weekly (or a few nights) depending on availability. Rent of 2 weeks privileged.

1. Certificate of insurance of holiday rental insurance
2. 30% of harres to be paid on reservation by check, transfer or postal order
3. The balance upon delivery of the keys by check or cash
4. Deposit of 1500 € by check which will be asked on arrival.
75 euros for cleaning if necessary.

Fantastic house, location, and sunset

I had a fabulous time at this modern, clean house. The owner was extremely responsive. The house had all new appliances and was well equipped with everything you would want. Dinner on the enclosed sun patio watching the sunset was the highlight of each evening. The location was perfect - short walk to the quiet beach. Would highly recommend and will be coming back again, I'm sure.

Je tiens à remercier très chaleureusement. Maryline et son mari qui nous ont permis d’avoir un accueil admirable. Ils ont su résoudre en moins d’une journée le problème de plomberie de chauffe eau dans notre logement. Même si l’impression globale Reste bonne, elle est minorée par le fait que le ménage à notre arrivée était très partielle avec beaucoup de poussière sous les meubles. Par ailleurs, le sommier de la chambre parentale a besoin d’être changé.une des lattes est cassé.

modernes Komforthaus mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf das Meer

Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Aus dem Wohnzimmer und insbesondere aus dem verglasten Wintergarten hat man auf unglaubliche Aussicht auf die Bucht von Bandol. Ein Abendessen mit direktem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang bleibt lange in Erinnerung. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und schön mit heimischen Pflanzen angelegt. Der Pool hat zwar nur die Ausmaße eines Whirlpools ermöglicht aber eine Erfrischung. Zum Schwimmen lädt der Strand ein, der in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Vermieter ist besonders freundlich und unkompliziert.

Great Home in a Fantastic Location

We stayed in this lovely seaside home in June/July of 2019. The location for our beach loving family was ideal. The house has recently been remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is slightly lacking in some basic items such as a large cutting board, serving pieces like platters and salad bowls if you enjoy cooking like our family does. The terrace overlooking the view is magnificent but the outdoor dining furniture is a bit old and rickety so we were not able to eat outside during our stay. The air conditioning was a blessing during the heatwave we experienced. The owner is very nice but will ask that he meet you for check in and check out and have you sign a lengthy rental contract which was a first for us. If we ever return to Sanary we would definitely consider renting this home again.
