This large studio with views of the ocean and the swimming pool of the Atlantic Park, 100m from the beach, close to shops and amenities + its large 3X weekly market is located in Seignosse-le-Penon, in The south of the Landes, 5kms from Hossegor and Capbreton, near Dax - 30 kms approximately - and the French and Spanish Basque Country, Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet at 30 kms, Donastia. San Sebastian 1 hour drive.
It consists of a
KITCHEN equipped: induction hob / extractor hood / combi
Microwave / fridge / coffee maker / toaster, high-chair with 2 high chairs
+ 2 stools overlooking
LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa bed with storage box, table side
Bass, flat screen TV 81 cms, dishwasher.
Large west side window with views of dune, ocean and pool
