If you’re looking for a low key affordable, (nothing fancy), very clean, beachfront getaway…this is your place. Leah (owner of room 410) was helpful and friendly to book with. The pool, hot tub, and little ice cream shop on site was very nice. We will definitely go back.

Just almost all the resort have some age and are being renovated just like this . These resorts also have been hit by alot of high winds and hurricanes in the last 7 yrs. The resort is beautiful, in good shape, we have engineers and inspections that keep it up to date as well. Best regards!

It was a nice condo. The amenities were great and we appreciated how everything was maintained. I personally couldn't use the pool because the water was way to cold. The whirlpool was fantastic.

Very nice oceanfront condo with great amenities. Lower level bar, pool and hot tub were perfect for rainy beach days. Will definitely be on our list of places to rent again.

Perfect Getaway

Great location. Very close to the Marshwalk, Brookgreen Gardens, and excellent dining choices. If you choose to eat in, the kitchen has everything you need. We make this trip every November alternating places between Garden City and Cherry Grove Beach and we would stay here again.
