Modern and bright house, in the charming village of Arcangues, a few minutes from Biarritz and 2 minutes from golf

Peaceful location in a recent subdivision, the large windows offer all the warmth of the sun in a cocooning space.

A decoration of good taste, quality equipment make it an ideal place for family holidays.

The house has a terrace of 80m2 with plancha as well as two small wooden terraces with a comfortable garden furniture ideal for sunsets.

Our house on one level consists of a large living room and an open kitchen, three bedrooms including a master bedroom with a large dressing room

Great outdoors and good house to visit the area

Arcangues is truly a great location if you want to explore the entire area. You’re never more than 15 minutes away from anything (Biarritz, St Jean, Ilbarritz, Guethary etc …). Not many options to shop in Arcangues, it’s all quite limited but ok if you just forgot something. But drive 8 mins and you’ll find Les Docks area in Biarritz and there’s everything you need (butcher, fruits and veggies, bakery, liquor store etc …). The house itself is in a quiet location although lacking some charm. The oudoor area is good with a nice heated pool, a good bbq and a nice deck and garden. The inside of the house is good with a nice enough layout (although 1 bathroom and 1 toilet for 6 people is a bit tight but you know that when you book). The finishes are ok but not great but it’s super clean and the owner, Coralie, clearly puts a lot of effort in making the house as guest friendly as possible. Overall would recommend but we paid a lot for a house like this which was the market price at the time we booked, but pretty sure it dropped since then.

Nous avons adoré la propriété de Coralie et Gilles qui nous ont très bien accueillis. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et spacieuse. Les espaces extérieurs sont le vrai plus de la maison : nous avons passé notre temps dehors.L'endroit était parfait pour nos vacances d'été au pays basque, loin du tumulte de Biarritz mais suffisamment proche pour pouvoir y faire des virées.Nous recommandons vivement !

Rigtig dejligt hus med god indretning og velfungerende poolområde. Opholdsområderne fungerer super godt.Kunne dog godt ønske der var en håndvask på toilettet.Beliggende i roligt område. Dog er der længere til byen og indkøb end vi lige regnede med når man kigger afstande (15 min i bil)Sød og venlig vært. God kommunikation.Nem indtjekning.Lækker pool og terrasse. Udeområderne var pæne og rene. Det samme med indeområderne. Dog kunne vi ønske mere grundig rengøring. Særligt omkring køkkenet. Der dryppede madolie fra emhætten, en del service (glas, tallerkner og bestik) var ikke rent. Køleskab og fryser var ikke rengjort over længere tid, så vi måtte desværre starte opholdet med at gøre rent. Vi valgte at gøre det selv frem for at kontakte værten, da vi var trætte ved ankomst. Ellers var alt super fint og vi var alt i alt meget tilfredse med vores ophold.

Agréable maison avec belle piscine

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, au calme, avec belle piscine chauffée pour en profiter pleinement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, avec tous les commerces à proximité au docks de Biarritz, et très bien placée pour découvrir la région (15-20 mns de l’océan). Coralie et sa famille nous ont accueillis chaleureusement dans leur maison et restent disponibles en cas de besoin, merci à eux.

Tolles Haus mit superschönem Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Unsere Kinder haben vor allem den schönen Pool genossen und wir haben zusammen entspannte Stunden auf dem Sonnendeck verbracht.

Très bon séjour au pays basque

La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien située à 15 minutes de Bayonne et 10 minutes des plages. Coralie et son mari sont accueillants et très prévenants. Ils restent accessibles et disponibles en cas de besoin. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour où nous avons pu alterner entre mer, montagne et temps de repos. Je conseille fortement !!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pendant une semaine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La maison est propre et le coin est calme. Les propriétaires avaient laissé des jouets pour les enfants ce qui a fait le bonheur de nos filles.
