The best place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The condo has the best view of the beach! Great size , beautifully decorated and great pool ! Very easy to get access to beach as well. Nathan will help with anything you need. ! Can’t wait to return!!

The property is so wonderful with a beautiful ocean view from every room. The balconies are heaven to sit on and enjoy cocktails and snacks. The condo has everything you could possibly need, with lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen. The pool and beach are great as well. Also, the owner Steve is very responsive. We loved our stay…

The Condo was great. Nice 70 " TV and awesome view of the Ocean especially from the Outdoor extension. Nathan and Steve were great hosts. We enjoyed it immensely and want to return.

Too short a stay

Great condo. Perfect spot with ocean views and the sound of waves and great layout. Food available at palapa downstairs as well as pool and best beach around. Bus or uber to town was easy. Can’t wait to return.

Tranquil, breathtaking views

From the first moment we engaged with the owners and for the duration of our vacation, they were responsive, generous, kind, and very focused on helping to make our vacation special. Their home, directly on the beach, was stunning, very well maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun, and rejuvenating week. The on-site restaurant was amazing - delicious food, great prices, and incredibly kind staff. We loved everything about our vacation and we hope to return again!

Paradise Getaway

My husband and I wanted to come back to PV and celebrate our anniversary and we picked the best spot! We woke up to “a little paradise” every day! The condo was BETTER than the pictures !!! The open terrace was amazing and the sound of waves! Great weather! Easy to get to some great restaurants! I would highly recommend coming! We will be back!!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo is beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is superb, right on a gorgeous, white sand beach, with bus and taxi transportation just steps from the bulilding, and the Romantic Zone just a 10-minute ride away. It was equipped with everything we could have wanted to make our vacation enjoyable, from plentiful kitchenware to beach chairs and beach umbrella. Having breakfast on the balcony while watching manta rays swim in the ocean was an extra added bonus.

Had a great stay, the condo was as advertised. Beautiful property and location, the only issue was the hot water, it was hard to get a consistent temperature, it went from real hot to cold. Other than that very nice

wonderful!

The apt. was beautiful, Mexican style, open spaces, gorgeous views. Quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfy! The beach was beautiful and the ocean in that area was super clean and great for swimming. Nathan was very nice and provided lots of valuable info. on what to do and how things worked. We loved the place and hope to be back very soon! Thank you so much Nathan and Steve for a lovely vacation :)

Beautiful and comfortable

We have stayed in different condos over many years of travel to Puerto Vallarta and this was our best experience. It is updated, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the view from the deck is spectacular. All the appliances are in great condition and work well. The staff who take care of everything from cleaning to maintenance are very efficient and kind, and the condo owners very responsive. Thank you Nathan & Steve for a great experience!

Amazing Views and the Best Beach

We stayed in this well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with our twin 18 year old daughters. It is roomy, clean and has the most amazing views from the large and comfy balcony. These beds were comfortable and they offered plenty of towels, and beach towels. The pool was very nice as was the restaurant on site. We also loved the restaurant that is a 5 minute walk down the beach. Great service with excellent food and alcoholic drinks. Loved our stay! And would stay again. Uber and taxis were easy and affordable. We did 3 excursions and loved them all. Los Veranos Zipline Canopy River ATV rides Chico Loco Yelapa Yacht tour

Far exceeded our expectations

As advertised! Ticked a LOT of boxes for my family. Wonderfully and tastefully decorated apartment, with pretty much all the amenities in a very well-maintained and safe "complex" with attentiive and friendly staff. Off the beaten path - a real good thing for us. Beautiful clean beach with easy access. The snorkeling wasn't great, perhaps this is a seasonal thing - or it might be because we're spoiled. Probably the later to be honest. But that's picayune compared to what this VRBO listing offers. Kudos to the owners and their very responsive care-taker Hector.

really enjoyed our stay

The condo property is beautiful and very well maintained. It has really good security and staff. The pool and pool deck area is large and pool temperature and sunny time is excellent. The ocean is amazing for playing in and deck views amazing. The bus is an easy ride to town also. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was spacious for the family. Great holiday in mexico

Whale Watching

A very nice experience staying here. We were able to watch whales from the balcony on more than several days. Trips to get into town were easy and inexpensive by taxi or Uber. Hope to come back again!

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for two couples looking to get away from it all. The unit is sparkling clean and set up very well. The views are fantastic and the pool and beach area were great. There is a restaurant less than 5 minutes walk down the beach. The hosts were quick to respond to our texts and questions. What more could you ask for?! We would definitely stay here again. We arrived at the airport 3 hours ahead of our flight and has no problems getting through the COVID testing and to our gate.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful & relaxing stay in Steve & Nathan's condo. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed, and you can't beat the amazing views! We really loved the location of the condo, as it is away from the hustle & bustle of PV but easily accessible with a quick taxi ride. The unit was clean, the Palapa Restaurant has delicious food, and the owners were attentive and responsive during our stay. We will definitely be back!

family vacation

My family and I stayed at Nathans condo in early June and it was as good as advertised. We rented the condo for a week trip to Puerto Vallarta and to say the condo fit our needs of 4 is an understatement. It was Beautiful and we couldn't wait to get home at night and watch the sunsets from the balcony. The building is clean and safe and corresponding with the owner was very easy and Nathan responded back to all our questions in a timely manner every time. I would highly recommend a stay in this condo for a wonderful holiday in Puerto Vallarta.

Gorgeous Condo with Breathtaking Views!

First of all, the pictures on the website are beautiful, but in person, WOW! The interior is tastefully decorated with real Mexican architectural charm. The views are stunning from every room, from the ocean directly in front of you, Los Arcos to the left, and the city lights of PV to the right. Beautiful and comfortable patio seating and loungers, which is where we spent most of our time having coffee in the morning and margaritas in the evening. The kitchen is a nice size and had everything we needed to prepare meals, as we did a lot of our own cooking. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. amazing stay on the beach!

This place was so awesome started looking at real estate. We loved our stay and will be back. The rooms were beautiful, location awesome, view stunning. Everything about it was top notch. The only thing that could use improvement were the cooking tools. But that's really minor.

Oceanfront Gem!

My husband and I always stay at Las Palmares. In fact, our first stay was for our honeymoon 5 years ago. Steve and Nathan's condo is absolutely lovely; beautifully decorated and fully equipped. They are a pleasure to work with. Everything always goes smoothly and the staff are ready for your arrival. You can't beat the view of the beach and ocean. What we really love is the "Palapa", which is an on-site, resident/guest only, open air restaurant. Really good breakfasts! I particularly like the gorgeous fruit platter. It's nice to not have to go to town if you don't want to after a day in the sun. They will deliver to your room as well anytime before their 3:30P quitting time (they start early AM). Dinner can be waiting for you when you're ready to eat. The location is less than 10 minutes into the Romantica Zone by cab. Or, take the local bus for pennies. Romantica Zone has many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. You can also walk down to the beach (the Malecon) for some food and people watching. Steve and Nathan also have an English speaking property manager that is available if you need any provisions delivered or if any problems arise. We are headed to Las Palmares and Room 802 again December, 2017!

Above and beyond amazing

This is our fifth visit to this amazing condo. The entire staff is more than accommodating to a persons every need. We so would recommend this as a place to stay in PV. We used the local bus most of the time to get to downtown. We always felt safe. The condo is the perfect place to un wind and enjoy the great sunsets, the great pool, and one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. The restaurants are above and beyond wonderful. The kitchen is completely equipped for those times you want to eat in. The owners of this Property have prepared a wonderful book that gives you lots of tour advice and great places to eat. This is still one of the most relaxing places to have a great vacation. This property would be wonderful for a romantic Honey Moon. Thanks so very much for making it available for the rest of the world to enjoy.
