Nice stay, adequate for a few days stay

While the hotel is definitely showing it's age and the parking is lacking, we enjoyed the large rooms, mini kitchen, and nice pool/spa areas.

Bait and switch- do not trust this owner

We were agreed to pay an exorbitant holiday price for the luxury of staying in a down town Sedona location. Instead, despite our Re real agreement, we were placed at an entirely different resort 20 minutes up the road. The owner of the property was entirely unavailable for explanation despite multiple attempts at contact. I’m currently working with vrbo to resolve this issue.
