Lovely home and great location. Had a great game table in the front room as well. Only thing I would note is that there is a list of to dos before checking out—washing towels, taking out garbage. If that bothers, this location is not for you. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

This home was extremely clean, with wonderful scenery, and great amenities! The beds were extremely comfortable and fit our family of 5 comfortably, with room to spare. The host was extremely friendly and has great communication. Highly recommend and would book again!

Good overall experience. We had some issues with a box fan and some ants on the patio, but the host reacted quickly. Beautiful views of the surrounding red rocks and a wonderful community.

The house was very clean. The location was excellent, the views breathtaking and in a very nice neighborhood. The house was stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we were sent the wrong entrance code and she checked in with us to make sure everything was good. The listing is very accurate and we would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay in Sedona. The view from the hot tub is top notch! The layout of the house is perfect for a family and my kids loved being able to play on the pool table when we had some down time. The location is also very convenient and you could just walk down to some of the restaurants and shops if traffic is too crazy. The instructions and communication from the owner were clear and easy to follow. We look forward to staying here next time we head to Sedona.

Great house and great views. Everything very clean, large well-equipped kitchen. Three couples (from three states) gathered for a reunion in March 2026. We enjoyed all the spaces - especially the patio with its fire pit, hot tub, hammock, eating spaces, and superb views. Our host was attentive. The communications glitches seem to have been in the VRBO system but were resolved. I would recommend this house and would stay again!

Stayed for 3 nights. Family of 5 with adult/teenage kids. Great spot. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the mid century mod vibe of the house. Could have used more bath towels, but made it work with hot tub towels.

Conveniently located house with great pool table/air hockey table, lovely views, comfortable bedrooms and great indoor and outdoor spaces. A pleasant walk to the shops and restaurants in Uptown Sedona, and easy drive to West Sedona. Close to trails and great neighborhood walking too.

Wonderful home in Sedona with Great Views and a Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Sedona. It was in a great location in Uptown Sedona. The views were amazing! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
