This villa will charm you with its 4 beautiful rooms, its kitchen and its pleasant living room. It is located near the market Piraillan and the village of Canon, both within walking distance. The car is not necessary for amenities. The pool is less than 300 m away, the ocean beaches a few minutes away. The bike paths through the forest are very quickly accessible. You will be charmed from breakfast by the sight of the basin from the sunny terrace, oriented to the east.
Close to everything but quiet, nestled in the vegetation, sheltered from view.
The rooms paneled on the floor are equipped with 2 beds in 80 allowing the configuration in 160x200 or 2x80x200, of cupboards and dressings.
The rooms on the ground floor, with access to the terrace are equipped with beds 160x200, closets and dressing.

Lovely Home, Fantastic Location

Our family of four plus two friends stayed for a week at the end August. Laurent was a great host: communicative, offering clear instructions and help with anything we asked. The house is located in a quiet cup de sac, a couple of minutes from the daily (summer) market & with glimpses of the lagoon sea through the trees on the terrace. It’s a generous well equipped house that feels like a loved family home. The terrace is great for eating and relaxing on and the bikes we borrowed from Laurent are brilliant for getting to the beaches each day. Thank you Laurent for all your help and we’d love to come back.

It was awesome!

The property, the location and the communication was awesome! We had such a wonderful holiday in your beautiful beach house! The clean, stylist and well appointed interiors were beautiful. The layout was perfect for our family and friends! Your house had everything from fine linen, well stocked kitchen, cleaning products, bikes and bbq which made our holiday! The location was out of this world! Market 1 minute away, we even could hear the fireworks and music from night markets from your amazing deck! Beach was 6 minute bike ride and Cap Ferret town very close! Ping pong table was also a hit with the kids! Thank you for the great communication. We will be back!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte, die Betten waren bequem und die Temperatur im Haus angenehm. Besonders toll waren die Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Surfbretter und der Pool. Auch der schöne Terrassenbereich mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten hat uns super gefallen. Innen gab es ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher – insgesamt ein wirklich rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end entre filles dans cette villa pleine de charme à Piraillan. La maison est idéalement située, au calme et très bien équipée.Les espaces de rangement sont bien pensés, les lits confortables et nous nous y sommes tout de suite senties à l'aise.Mais le vrai coup de coeur c'est la terrasse: spacieuse, agréable à vivre, avec une vue magnifique. Un grand merci, cette maison a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. On reviendra sans hésiter!

Maison parfaitement équipée, avec des chambres vraiment charmantes dont la vue invite à profiter des vacances! les lits sont très confortables, et l’emplacement parfait pour sillonner le Cap et en découvrir toutes ses merveilles.propriétaire au top, merci de nous avoir accueillis ! nous sommes venus en avril alors nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse qui a l’air très agréable en été !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Und hat der Aufenthalt in der Villa Piraillan Marché sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wunderschöner Außenbereich mit toller Aussicht. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Super sind auch die vier vorhandenen Fahrräder. So kommt man schnell mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand. Ingesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Nettes Haus inmitten des Pinienwaldes

Das Haus war sauber und hat Charakter. Die Nähe zum tollen Markt war perfekt und wir haben fast jeden Tag dort eingekauft. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und vier Fahrräder. Leider hatten wir Pech, dass in unserer Aufenthaltswoche (Ende August/Anfang September) zwei Baustellen aktiv waren. Die eine direkt im angrenzenden Grundstück und diese war an drei Tagen so laut bereits ab morgens früh bis Nachmittags, dass wir uns dort nicht aufhalten konnten. Die andere Baustelle war etwas weiter weg, aber auch diese hat durchs Tal geschallt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dies vorher zu erfahren. Das Haus der Baustelle war auch bereits weit fortgeschritten, so dass die Baustelle schon lange vorher bekannt war und damit absehbar, dass es am Ende der Ferien wieder los geht.

Fantastisch verblijf in perfecte villa

We hadden met het gezin een fantastisch verblijf in dit prachtige huis in Le Canon/Cap Ferret. Het huis heeft alle gemakken en is super goed onderhouden en schoon. Echt best in class. Goede pannen, mooie keuken, prima buiten meubels en ligbanken. Voor de sportievelingen ook een tafeltennistafel en golf surfboards. Op loopafstand van zowel de oceaan als de baai. Ronduit geweldig.

Un excellent séjour familial dans une maison trés agréable, vraiment très bien équipée, bonne literie, chambres spacieuses. Une grande terrasse avec vue magnifique dont on a eu la chance de profiter durant tout le séjour car le temps s'y prêtait. Plancha et barbecue tout le week end...Seul petit bémol d'ailleurs, la petite taille de la cuisine qui peut être gênante en cas d'impossibilité de profiter de l'extérieur, même si elle est extrêmement bien équipée. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur confiance et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette maison!
