Welcome to Seascape 201, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo located on the west end of Seascape Condominiums in Orange Beach, Alabama. This second-floor corner unit offers outstanding views, extra light, and one of the most desirable locations in the complex.

The condo is approximately 50 feet from the white sandy beach and sits directly across from the private beach boardwalk, providing quick and easy access to the Gulf.

Seascape Community
Seascape is a low-density, three-story Gulf-front condominium located on the south (beach) side of Perdido Beach Boulevard. Guests enjoy a private beach, boardwalk, Gulf-front pool, and a quieter setting compared to high-rise complexes.

Prime Location
Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Seascape is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Nearby attractions include The Wharf, marinas, dolphin cruises, deep-sea fishing, Gulf State Park, Fort Morgan, and the Dauphin Island ferry. Pensacola NAS is nearby, and guests often enjoy seeing the Blue Angels fly over the area.

Winter Monthly Rentals
Monthly rentals are available November through February. Please contact the owner directly for winter rates and long-term stay discounts.

Guest Care
This is a family-owned vacation home that is professionally cleaned and well maintained. Outdoor showers are available near the pool and grilling area for rinsing sand before returning to the condo. We ask guests to treat the home with care so everyone may continue to enjoy it.

Fantastic property, beautiful beach. Centrally located, close to shopping and entertainment. Was unbelievably peaceful in both the condo and the beach. For me a huge benefit was designated parking.

The property was very nice very clean. The only downside I would mention is that the elevators were not working the night we checked in and they were not working again the day that we checked out so we had to carry two car loads of stuff up and down steps, which was fairly inconvenient but other than that, it was a very nice stay!!

I’m very sorry about the elevator. The elevator is brand new. $300k was invested this year to replace the old elevator. A guest jammed the 3rd floor door. I know it was working pretty quickly. Condo is wonderful. Just steps from the beach. Tina is a wonderful responsive host. Unit is so close to everything you need and anything and want to do; long walks on the beach, biking in Gulf Shores State Park and endless restaurants. Can’t wait for next year.

This is an absolute gem of a spot! Highly recommend! The condo had everything we needed and then some. The view from the balcony and proximity to the beach is unmatched. It could use an interior paint refresh and a new couch, but overall, an excellent place and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Gem, just steps from the sand

This condo turned out to be absolutely perfect. Well apportioned, spacious, and comfortable, the unit is quiet, has any amenity you need and is just steps from the perfect sand that is Orange Beach. Super easy check in and check out. We spent amazing days and even better evenings on the water. Quick and easy to retreat back to the unit for drink refills or food. Lots of beach items provided, you only need to provide your butt to fill a chair and a beer to cool you down.

Limited view of the beach with in easy walking distance. Place was clean, kitchen small but functional. Walls/ceiling could use paint touch ups from chipped paint. Sofa was ripped and stuffing coming out-Tina said it was being replaced. Didn’t use bedroom tvs, so no comment. We would stay here again.

Girls Weekend Getaway!!!

Went for a short girls trip. Had a blast!!! Fantastic location, beautiful beach. The condo itself was fine for our purposes.The bathrooms and kitchen are a little smaller than what I was expecting. Beds were comfy. Didn’t used the TV’s or Living Room at all. The balcony was perfect. Can hear the ocean and usually has a breeze. A/C works great!!!

Loved location and beach accesd

After staying at high rise condos for years this was a refreshing change. Parking was awesome. Access was easy. I do understand it is older unit but not really clean. Why no garbage cans anywhere? Not on beach and nowhere near the unit. Please make it more accessible for renters. Sorry to be negative because we would absolutely stay here again. Great trip with the family which we will cherish forever. I'm just saying things that would make it better but all in all... perfect. Thank you.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry about the cleanliness outside. We don’t have much control and the complex has tried hard to keep garbage cans and dumpsters clean but during the peak months we have so many visitors it is difficult. A lot of folks do not take good care of our property.
