Our host was an excellent communicator during the uncertain time of the path of the tropical storm/hurricane that we were having to deal with. Quick responses with detailed information keeping our safety first and foremost was greatly appreciated. Then a minor mishap of being locked out of a room was fixed quickly. The condo was beautiful with comfortable beds and beautiful balcony views. The living room with RECLINERS, yes recliners, was the icing on the cake! We had a great time!!

This condo and complex is perfect for families or anyone. I have been here for a girls trip as well as our family. We love the location and amenities. Larry was the perfect host. He was extremely responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. This condo is very comfortable and stocked with everything needed to make a great meal. We look forward to coming back. We love it here.

Our host Larry was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. I would recommend this condo and host as well as the Phoenix OB II. It is a great family oriented vacation spot.

Love the convenience of this building. This unit was great-clean, spacious and a well equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

This room was great for our party of 12. We had 6 adults and 6 kids that were with us. We had some tv problems but Larry was quick to respond and very helpful. The blankets on the bed had a couple of weird stains and had to be washed upon arrival. Pots and pans and hairdryer are a little out dated but overall the condo was great. The complex itself had some out of the ordinary rules we haven’t experienced before when we’ve gone to the beach. 1. We are early risers and enjoy going out to the beach and to the gym. The gym doesn’t open until 7. The doors off the elevator that go directly out to the beach and to the pool were locked so we weren’t able to get out to the beach from the condo until 7.2. There was a storm and the complex had the doors locked as well and we weren’t even able to access the indoor pools during the storm.

We had 11 of us stay in this condo for a week (6 adults, 5 kids) in early June. The pool area was a huge hit for all. We loved the lazy river, slide, and zero entry pools. The room itself was great as well giving everyone a place to sleep. It was outfitted with enough dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment for my family. It was clean and tidy when we walked in and only had a few minor problems during our stay. Larry responded to all of my messages quickly and offered help when needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Well-stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, great views and large balcony, excellent property amenities for families including large indoor pool, nice outdoor pool/slide, lazy river, splash pad, air machine for floats, ice vending machine, easy boardwalk to beach with chair/umbrella service. Owner was immediate in responsiveness to questions. It was the best place we have ever stayed.

We loved this place! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for spending valuable time with our beloved MIL/Nanny. Kudos to Larry Bishop, the owner, for going above and beyond when the power went out (not his fault). We would totally recommend staying here. Especially, if you are looking for handicap accessible lodging.
