3 bedroom villa with private pool and large 2000 m2 garden

This villa is ideally located between MONTPELLIER, NIMES and the sea (la Grande Motte). It is perfect for up to 9 people. You will have at your disposal 3 bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a large enclosed garden and WiFi connection.

Quiet but in the heart of the village of Boisseron, bakery, pharmacy, bar, newsagent are within walking distance of the house. You can go get your bread and your newspaper on foot, and relax around a game of pétanque or table tennis. The tennis court is 500m from the house.

Its living room provides a perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the region. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book by the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi, radio, CD player, stereo and DVD player.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table for 10 guests or outside, in your garden or on your terrace enjoying the view of the swimming pool.

You will have a wide choice of activities.
Adventure course at 3km: tree climbing, paddle

Take advantage of a greenway 3 km away. It is reserved for bikes, walkers, roller blades. (bicycle rental in Sommières). Tennis at 500m and 18 hole golf course at 20mn.

Without forgetting the beach and the sea at La Grande Motte, the Grau du Roi, Aigues Mortes, the Camargue, the Cévennes with Anduze, Uzes and its surroundings.

The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, and a bedroom with 2 pairs of bunk beds and 1 with a single bed. The bathroom is large. It has a bath and a shower. Separate toilets are available. A laundry room is available with washing machine and dryer.

The villa has cleaning products, a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and air conditioning.

Please note that the tourist tax (€ 0.20 is not included in the price). The cleaning is invoiced according to the costs detailed below. You will need to bring your towels and linens or rent them when booking (at an additional cost).

Très belle maison

Vacances très agréable au calme, maison propre et bien équipé, la personne qui nous à accueilli était super ! Rien à redire si ce n'est qu'il faut faire de la voiture pour les activités, plage, mer etc...

Fantastisch rustig domein

We werden heel fijn onthaald, kregen alle nodige uitleg en konden ons nadien lekker installeren. Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen, top die ingebouwde kasten!! Mogelijkheid om nog 2 kindjes bij te leggen in de stapelbedden. De airconditioning deed goed zijn werk in die hitte! Buiten was het zwembad voor ons perfect, niet te klein, niet te groot. Voor ons was het leven als God in Frankrijk, elke dag buiten onder het overdekte terras, fantastisch! Enige minpuntje misschien was de badkamervloer, zeer slipperig, opgelet als je uit de douche stapt! Voorts echt een super vakantie gehad, alles dicht in de buurt (superlekker brood en croissants bij de lokale bakker), supermarkten, gezellige marktjes om te bezoeken, de zee op 30 minuten, mooie fietsroutes... Dit vakantiehuis is echt een aanrader!

Semaine de vacances reposante

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison, avec nos 2 filles. Grand jardin, belle piscine et terasse agréable La maison est bien pensée. Elle reste au frais sans trop avoir besoin d’utiliser la climatisation. La localisation est bonne pour visiter l’arrière pays et pour tout de même se rendre sur le littoral. Seul petit bémol, le barbecue est en fin de vie. Je pense qu’il sera bientôt changé :)

Très beau séjour

Maison très sympa et très bien équipée Tout s’est bien passé rien a redire au contraire ! Petit village au calme et très proche de toutes commodités Le petit resto à Boisseron est très sympa également, nous vous le conseillons Ainsi que la crêperie à Sommieres mais attention il faut réserver à l’avance pour être sur la terrasse

Belle maison

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison. La grande terrasse est parfaite pour manger dehors tout en étant protégé du soleil. Un grand terrain pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Le seul bémol reste les moustiques qui sont présents en permanence : le "cinq sur cinq" permet de limiter les piqures.

Excellent séjour dans cette villa très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée.

Par ces grosses chaleurs nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine très bien adaptée aux enfants, les soirées sur la grande terrasse.Tout était parfait.

La location correspond à la description de l’annonce. Très bien équipée, au calme sans être trop isolée. Bonne literie. Propriétaire très à l’écoute, très bon accueil. Location très bien située géographiquement (proche Montpellier, Uzès, Nîmes, Palavas les Flots...). Nous recommandons cette location.

Ravis de notre expérience

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison située dans un petit village, au calme, entre Nimes et Montpellier. Christel s'est montrée tres accueillante et nous a conseillé sur les environs. Elle nous a fourni du linge de lit supplémentaire et de la vaisselle pour enfant. La maison est parfaite pour une famille avec deux enfants (ou plus). Deux couples peuvent même y séjourner avec des enfants un peu plus grands grâce à la chambre dortoir. Le jardin est immense, de quoi se sentir vraiment isolés. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais ses dimensions étaient super pour mettre en confiance notre fils qui apprend à nager. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir prendre nos repas sur la terrasse qui a même un petit canapé. Et pour les jours très chauds, la clim était bien agréable! Bref c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette maison si nous en avons la possibilité.

Vacances géniales

Nous avons passé un super séjour et Christel. Sa maison est très accueillante, confortable, chaleureuse, très propre et équipée et de le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine dans le jardin que de la mer qui est à quelques minutes en voiture et nous avons pu visiter les alentours de ce si joli petit coin du sud. Christel s'est montrée très disponible, elle a pris le temps de tout vous expliquer et était toujours joignable. C'est une maison parfaite pour passer des vacances en famille, nous en garderons un merveilleux souvenir.
