46m2 apartment located in the heart of the resort in the Baikonur building. Ski departure and arrival at Le Pieds. Ski lift 50m, purchase of passes 50m, ski school 100m.

- a living room with fully redone kitchen area (fridge, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, fondue and raclette, toaster ... ) and lounge area with flat screen TV, convertible sofa for 2 people.

- a first bedroom with 140cm bed

- a second bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds and large closets

- an alcove with a double sofa bed

- a completely new bathroom with bathtub.

- a separate entrance with cupboard and WC

- a ski locker in the basement with direct access to the slopes.

L appartement de Stéphane est très bien agencé et décoré, de plus les matériaux et les pièces d ‘eau sont modernes et agréables. Le seul bémol était le ménage en arrivant sans doute lié aux vacances de février en haute saison. Un bon séjour, idéal pour 5 ou 6 personnes ( nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants ados) On recommande 👍

L’appartement est superbe, moderne et très fonctionnel. Le moindre m2 est optimisé. Il est très bien agencé et bien équipé, il contient tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le plus : au pied des pistes et du départ de l ESF!

Belle semaine de ski dans une agréable station !

Nous avons passé une super semaine au Corbier. L'accès à la station est facile, le parking à proximité de l'immeuble aussi. Accès direct aux ascenseurs via le sous-sol donc très pratique pour décharger la voiture. L'agence immobilière est à deux pas, tous les commerces aussi et accessibles via une galerie piétonne intérieure. Liaison mécanique au pied de l'immeuble, retour en ski au local à ski du sous-sol de l'immeuble donc très pratique. ESF également au pied de l'immeuble et moniteurs très sympa. Le domaine est vaste, les liaisons entre vallées sont des liaisons "plates" (quelques téléskis pour passer les zones plates) mais on ne perd pas trop de temps. Nous étions 3 skieurs confirmés et 2 skieurs débutants. Tout le monde y a trouvé son bonheur et nous avons trouvé que c'était un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Ambiance station : plutôt familial que festif mais quand même quelques bars et pas mal de restos. L'appartement est très agréable et a bénéficié d'une remise à neuf récente. Il est également très bien équipé en cuisine (ustensiles, appareil à raclette, fondue, lave-vaisselle, four, four micro-onde, écran, ...). Seul petit bémol en cuisine, pas de hotte. Salle de bain agréable. Comme dans les appartements de station de ski, l'espace est rentabilisé au maximum mais il est néanmoins plus grand que la majorité des appartements de station de ski. Élément à savoir, la chambre avec lits doubles dispose d'une porte mais la chambre principale est séparée de l'alcôve par une tenture. Le lit double supplémentaire est bien dans une alcôve mais qui est un lieu de passage qui donne sur le séjour. Donc à prendre en considération au niveau intimité, c'est un peu plus adapté pour une famille que pour des amis mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé. Quand même plus adapté pour 5-6 personnes que 8 personnes mais il est effectivement possible de loger 8 personnes si 2 personnes dorment dans le séjour. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions envoyées via Abritel. Nous étions tristes de partir! Bref, nous recommandons cette location et cette station de ski !
