Spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath ground-floor condo steps from beautiful Bayshore Boulevard. This corner unit has comfortable living space, a large patio, updated kitchen, and one dedicated covered parking space. It is located the heart of South Tampa, three blocks from South Howard Ave. A short Uber can take you downtown, Amalie Arena, Ybor, Convention Center, UT, and many other attractions. A 10 minute drive south on Bayshore Blvd. will end at an entrance to MacDill Air Force Base. Bay view.

- No smoking or vaping of any kind on any part of our property to include patios, foyers, or parking areas.

This is a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and close to the convention center, where I needed to attend a conference. Peter is highly communicative and even offered up places to eat around the condo. A phenomenal host. The condo was the perfect escape after being in the heat and humidity. I’ll be staying there next year!
