The home offers its guests a large Private pool, with expansive pool deck, plenty of covered outdoor space, covered parking, and large yard perfect for cornhole or other games.

The home is private, clean, and exclusive. Newly renovated for 2024 with new furniture, bath, and landscaping.

Step outside to your own private oasis, featuring a newly renovated pool, fenced for exclusivity. The expansive Trex decking overlooks the pool and spacious yard, spend the day lounging around the pool, or enjoy some outdoor games like cornhole that are included with the rental. The house is located on a private and quiet cul de sac. Perfect for kids that like to skate, or play outside.

43 Joanna has an incredible location near many of the best Seagrove Restaurants and close to Seaside and Watercolor, Grayton, and Watersound Beach. It is a perfect retreat!

About the home: This unique home includes a 2-story, 3-bedroom house upstairs, and a separate 1-bedroom efficiency with a separate kitchen and bath below. They are rented as a single unit.

The ground floor offers a king suite apartment-style unit with a kitchenette, private bath, and seating area, detached from the main house.

The main level boast a generous king master ensuite bedroom, a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, and a custom gourmet kitchen. Sliding doors lead out to the deck, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The third level features another king bedroom and a bedroom with a queen bed, sharing a bath with a brand new custom shower. Recently renovated with new Hardie siding, kitchen, baths, beds, bedding, furniture, TVs, paint, and flooring, it offers modern comfort and style.

We love our guests, and welcome you to come relax, have fun, and create lasting memories at beautiful Seagrove Beach! But please note: This is a NO GROUCH house! It is only for fun, beach loving people! So, if you are grouchy, irritable, or just plain mean, consider another property.

Pool notes: The pool has a spillover but is not a separate hot tub and can be heated with additional fee.

Pets under 30 lbs considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $295 per pet plus tax. Pets must be registered, approved, and paid for PRIOR to arrival.
