This one-story ranch home, with a private POOL, is situated in a tranquil neighborhood and boasts a large kitchen and luxurious vinyl flooring. Enjoy plenty of space to relax with family, starting with the stylishly updated bathrooms, and then onto the large fenced backyard. Plus, it’s just a short walk or bike ride to the bars, restaurants, and activities of the Kemah Boardwalk.

Yard and landscaping is currently under construction , but is still accessible for swimming .

This spacious home is a 1/2 mile from the boardwalk in a safe quite neighborhood...guest have access to entire home excluding garage

.we have a strict no pets, no party , no smoking policy..

garage is off limits...Please let us know if you would like use of the bicycles prior to arriving,.

grill MUST be cleaned by guest after
each use ,or extra cleaning fee is added

All guests must be registered with valid government ID prior to arrival, and upon check in.

Any violation of house rules will result in immediate removal of all guests on property, with no refund.and loss of deposit.

$200 lost key and or lock out charge.

Great Visit to Kemah

This house was perfect for the Family. It was comfortable with plenty of room. The Kemah Boardwalk and lots of Restaurants were very close. The pool at the house was chilly (March) but we all swam and loved it. The owners quickly responded to my questions. I would highly recommend to any Family visiting Kemah.

Mr. Mike and Ms. Patricia are great at communicating and accommodating. They provided great instructions, directions and local events information. They responded to any call or email promptly and the amenities were outstanding! I travel often and with my family and this was definitely one of the best trips weve had bc of the host team.

MOLD, FILTH, FRAUD - DO NOT BOOK!

We arrived to find a home that was in poor condition, unclean, and smelled horribly of mold. Cracks in walls/ceilings. Floor was dirty. No top sheets-only old coverlets. No pillows with pillowcases - only shams. Primary bathroom had no functioning lights outside of toilet room. Pool had debris in bottom and all over top. Crumbs on sofa. Reported to host. He said if unhappy to leave and leave keys and they would make it right. He instead denied it to VRBO so I went back to take my own pictures for VRBO once I had my kids safely away from the property and he had locked me out. I paid for a week and was in property for less than an hour and they refused to refund. They are fraudsters running a sham of a home on VRBO. Had headache from mold in property within the hour we were there. Had a call with VRBO and Host where they screamed at me so loudly that my child asked if we were safe in our hotel or if they could find us.

This worked well for our family getaway !

The house was easy to find and had enough beds for all. We didn't find the linens that were supposed to be in the hallway closet but had enough pillows and blankets to make it comfortable. We would stay here again ! thank you !

We vacated the house a day early due to the overwhelming mold odor. House does not represent what the picture show. There were spiders/bug/rodent droppings. Plates in the cabinet had rodent/bug droppings on them. Disgusting-people can get sick w/ bug/rodent droppings! The detached black long hair all over the master bath floor, no housekeeper could have cleaned that floor before we arrived. If the housekeeper was there prior to us arriving(as the owner indicated as we requested an 1 hour early arrival and was told the housekeeper would also be there) then why was the a/c turned off, 79° in the house and not a lamp or light on to welcome our arrival IF housekeeper was just there? That home was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival, just surface cleaned at best in the past. After arrival, I had to contact owner & request towels. We had 7 people staying at the house, there was 6 bath towels & no wash or hand towels? When we arrived back after the 10pm hour, the towels were placed in the master closet. Per the home owner, her response: ”Apparently when the handyman changed the locks, he didn't give the cleaning lady a key.. I left plenty of towels...and a peace offering. . . Sorry about that....if you need anything else. Let us know” Not sure what she meant by “peace offering”? Please condemn the rusty unleveled kitchen refrigerator that swings & closes shut when you get inside, which sits on broken up tile!! Don’t walk in the kitchen without shoes, the crack tile & missing grout could slice/cut your feet. Please replace your greasy nasty cooktop top vent filter..no way we would cook in that kitchen. What a waste of time & money to meal prep & bring food to cook. And this is why we vacated the property on Saturday afternoon. A message was sent to the owner around 9pm that we vacated the house with a short note of the moldy odor, bug/rodent droppings, spiders in the house. Her response: ”This is news to me. We have never had an. Issue. ...mold odor? This is a newly remodeled and freshly painted home. Therefore I'm confused...and Rodent droppings and spiders? How did we not represent our home.correctly...please help me rectify this.. What areas of the house .” There is no need to respond back to the owner. The lack of attention items are ALL very visible. With our vacate notice to the owner also stated we expect a 1 night refund since we couldn’t stay in the home for the entirety.

I don’t know where to begin with this review. Both of us can argue about the cleanliness of the home, but I can assure you this is the same cleaning service we have used since we started in the short term rental business that has helped make us very highly rated with great reviews. To claim there are rodent droppings in the house is an absolute falsehood. This house is regularly exterminated. The house was completely remodeled four months ago so I also dispute your odor complaints. Lights on? You arrived when the cleaning lady was still there (in the middle of the afternoon) because we allowed you an early check in. Refrigerator and tile? The refrigerator is new. The tiles are also not cracked, another total falsehood. I also don’t understand your complaints about communication. We were in constant communication all day Saturday and you NEVER once mentioned any issues other than towels, which I apologized for and immediately took more to you. My “peace offering” was a bottle of wine and an apparently bad attempt at humor. There was not one time that you reached out to us, that we didn’t respond immediately. To clarify, your asking about a refund came about 12 hours before your checkout and after you had been there for 2 full days. We have no way of knowing if you actually left on Sunday night and find it curious if the house had all these issues why didn’t you contact VRBO? Needless to say we don’t have an issue with giving a refund. We have never done it with any of our properties before and weren’t sure of how the process worked. Instead of waiting for it, you chose to go this route. My apologies for your stay. We obviously can always do better. However, this review is beyond unfair.

Great stay, cute house

We had two of our guests arrive first and they had a hard time opening the lock box. The owners were very patient with us and helped us through it. The house is very cute and all of the details are nice. The only thing that might be able to be improved is the bedroom on the other side of the kitchen. There is only one outlet available and it is by the door. Not sure how easy it would be to fix, though, given it is a converted garage. The house had everything we needed and more!
