We LOVED our stay at this property!!! The location is walking distance to everything! We were not expecting the fireworks as we sat on the patio…such a great surprise. We were in town for an event and did not have much time at the property, but we appreciated the special touches (snacks, drinks, bathrobes, bathroom amenities). Also, many games inside and outside we want to utilize next time - we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect place for Girlfriends Annual Trip

House is beautiful and well-kept and well-stocked. Great location in Kemah--close enough to walk everywhere but far enough from the Boardwalk you don't get the noise.

Secluded Retreat in the Middle of Everything!

This place is amazing! You feel like you have a secluded retreat yet you are within walking distance of restaurants and shops and the Kemah Boardwalk. The house is top notch with beautiful finishings, comfortable beds, upgraded bathrooms and showers and the porch and outdoor seating is unparalleled! Make plans to stay here! You won’t regret it (and you won’t want to leave!)

Complementary tea's and coffees.ni e touch might suggest regular tea's along with your great selection of herbal tea's. Everything this else's was great. The location of Kipp house to the boardwalk was convenient and easy to wslk to. Thanks again OJ Chemin
