Beautiful and quiet location

The apartment/condo is in a quiet and pretty location looking out to the water. There is parking available if you have a car which we did not. We did a lot of walking into Sainte Maxime. I would recommend a car to explore the surrounding areas. The home was as listed and Beatrice was easy to communicate with prior to arrival and while there. Enjoy your stay! We recommend this home as it is a great place to vacation.

Eine großartige Unterkunft mit Ambiente

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Gut eingebettet in einem abgeschirmten Bereich. Alle Bewohner sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine tolle Loggia, fast immer mit Sonne und einen Blick Richtung Saint-Tropez. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe vorgenommen worden. Viele kleine Details runden das perfekte Wohnerlebnis ab. Trotz des direkten Zuganges zum Meer gibt es auch noch einen Gemeinschaftspool. Wer am morgen frisches vom Bäcker möchte, in 15 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die Innenstadt von Sainte-Maxime. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und die Übergaben funktionierten problemlos. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Appartement dans une belle résidence avec une superbe vue mer

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. La résidence est bien entretenue et calme. La vue est superbe. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. L'équipement de la cuisine est très complet: casseroles, vaisselle, verres... en suffisance. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas plus grande! C'est un endroit où on retournerait volontiers. Bernadette

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, Lage sehr gut, Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Lage: sehr gut, (+) 15 Min zu Fuß zur Innenstadt, parken dort eh schwer. Anlage: gesichert und durch Hausmeister gepflegt, alles eher franz. Eigentümer, kaum Touristen, sehr untersich bleibend. Strand (mini ! ) etwas steinig, aber nutzbar. Pool: gross genug, aber kein Spielzeug (Luftmatratze etc) erlaubt, sollte man wissen, wenn mit Kids unterwegs. Parken: zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage, die aber so klein ist, dass man mit grösserem PkW nicht reinkommt, parken auf den Parkplätzen ist nicht erlaubt, außerhalb der Anlage gibts aber free-parking, aber nur bis 1,80 Höhe. Wohnung: südfranz. Charme, liebevoll eingerichtet, etwas antiquiert. Es gibt nur ein WC, für bis zu 6 Pers. zu wenig, 2 Duschen, eine sehr schmal, die andere ledigl. Duschbrause in Badewanne, stehen nicht möglich. WZ und ein SZ klimatisiert, das andere SZ ohne und dadurch im Sommer zu heiß ! Haben Ventilator gekauft, der aber die warme Luft zirkulieren ließ, man kann natürlich nachts alle Türen offen lassen, wer mag...Im Inserat wird „große Terasse“ beschrieben, es gibt leider nur einen schmaler Balkon auf dem kaum der Tisch mit 5 Stühlen Platz findet, zu 6 geht es gar nicht. Außerdem bläst die Klimaanlage die heisse Abluft direkt auf den Balkon, so dass man dort nicht sitzen kann, wenn Klima an. Wäsche zu trocknen, insbesondere Strandtücher ist sehr schwierig, es gibt einen kleinen Ständer, die Balkonmauer muss frei bleiben. Ich würde die Wohnung für 4 Personen empfehlen, wobei eine Partei im WZ auf der Schlafcouch genug Platz findet. Beatrice ist ein super host , sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit! Sehr warmherzig! Sie erwähnte, dass der Stellplatz in der Garage vergrößern werden soll. Wir haben uns trotz Allem in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!

Trafikkstøy gjennom mesteparten av døgnet. Svært liten balkong, vanskelig å sitte 4 personer å spise

Trafikkstøy. Liten balkong. Kjøkken mangler stekeovn, kun mikro. Heller ingen grillmuligheter. Nærmeste strand svarte ikke til forventningen, trang og skarpe steiner/klipper. Leiligheten passet ikke vårt behov/ønsker for feriested. Synes vi fikk lite igjen i forhold til pris Leier ikke denne igjen.
