Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement ainsi que son agencement et son confort, bien que la note de 8 nous semble peu cohérente avec ces retours. Concernant l’arrivée, les instructions fournies sont complètes et détaillées. Toutefois, le premier accès à l’immeuble peut en effet demander quelques étapes (badge pour l’entrée puis pour l’accès aux ascenseurs), ce qui peut nécessiter un peu d’adaptation. Nous précisons également que cette organisation dépend des règles de la copropriété, qui est actuellement réticente à l’installation d’une armoire à boîte à clés, ce qui limite les alternatives possibles pour simplifier davantage l’accès. Par ailleurs, nous rappelons que le respect du règlement intérieur, notamment en matière de propreté, est essentiel pour garantir une expérience de qualité à tous les voyageurs. À ce titre, un nettoyage approfondi a été nécessaire après votre départ.

Une super semaine à Avoriaz

L’appartement est très bien situé et super fonctionnel. Nous étions 4, 2 adultes, 2 enfants et l’appartement nous a parfaitement convenu. Les enfants de 10 et 12 ans ont dormi dans le grand lit en mezzanine (bas de plafond) et ma soeur et moi dans les lits superposés ( ce qui nous permettait de nous coucher plus tard) . Le lit superposé du haut est bas de plafond mais grace a l’armoire juste à côté il permet de déposer / recharger vos mobiles, etc (si vous pensez à prendre une allonge); ce que nous avions prévu. La vue du 12 étage est fantastique. L’accès proche d’un ascenseur public et des fêtards le soir ne nous a pas dérangé. De par la position de la terrasse les bars au bas de l’immeuble ne créent aucun problème de bruit. En résumé un super séjour!

Très bon séjour

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Perrine, très bien placé pour l’arrivée et départ à ski, pour le village des enfants, les commerces au pied de l’immeuble. L’appartement est fonctionnel pour un appartement à la montagne: une cuisine assez grande, une salle de bain avec toilette inclus de bonne taille, et de nombreux rangements pour les vêtements et sacs. La mezzanine est très basse de plafond, donc c’est mieux pour des enfants. Superbe vue sur toute la station, mais pas de soleil dans l’appartement, en tous cas en hiver Merci !

Super séjour Avoriaz

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L’appartement est très bien situé. L’appartement est au 12e étage, mais très facile d’accès malgré un long couloir, L’appartement est très bien, mais le ménage est à revoir Nous avons passé une demi-journée pour le nettoyer avant de pouvoir y dormir, À part ça, nous avons passé un super séjour, nous avons été très bien accueilli, et tout se passer très vite, dès notre arrivée, nous avons passé un coup de téléphone à David et le temps de faire la route. En traîneau jusqu’à l’hôtel. Il était déjà là à nous attendre.

Proche des pistes, des écoles de ski et des commerces. Literie confortable, beaucoup de rangements. Ménage et accueil parfait. Idéal pour des grands enfants et des adultes car long couloir pour accéder à l’ascenseur. Malgré le manque de lave vaisselle cet appartement est le meilleur que nous ayons loué aux sports d’hiver.

Heel goed Frans appartement

Heel goede ligging etc van dit appartement. Sommige voordelen zijn ook nadelen. - Dichtbij Avoriaz-hoofdgebouw. Dus alle gezelligheid van kroegen en winkeltjes en goede bereikbaarheid. Maar ook wat meer kans op herrie van stappubliek. - Ligging op 12e verdieping. Erg mooi uitzicht over dorp. Goed bereikbaar met 2 liften. Minder herrie van stappubliek op straat. Maar vlakbij publieke gang op 13e verdieping, dus in de ochtend wat geluid van skischoenen bovenlangs. - Goed ingericht typisch Frans appartement. Dus voor 3-4 personen goede ruimte. Voor 6 personen erg krap. Maar door vide goede scheiding van snurkers mogelijk. - Incheck informatie waren niet automatisch beschikbaar. Maar gewoon de huismeester bellen op zijn 06 en dan komt het goed. - Parkeren etc is in Avoriaz wat lastig, maar daardoor lekker autovrij wandelen/shoppen/skien in het dorp. Parkeren bij Parking-Plateau-Outdoor is het goedkoopst €70. - Er komt altijd nog 2x €12 bij voor paardenslee te huren. Leuke maar korte rit.

Nous avons réellement adoré. Nous venons depuis dix ans dans la station et il est rare de trouver un appartement aussi bien conçu. L’espace est très bien agencé et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour s’y sentir immédiatement comme chez soi. La situation est parfaite et la vue sur la station est magnifique. Merci.
