TRAILSIDE ONLY ALLOWS RENTERS TWO VEHICLES TO BE PARKED ON THE PROPERTY. One vehicle can be parked in the garage & one vehicle in the driveway.

Renters can park additional cars in the parking lot to the left of the entrance of Trailside near the utility building.

No towels, clothing or any other items may be hung from porch railings or furniture. No items such as strollers, bikes or toys can be left outside.

Great location, great house

Wonderful location to be able to walk/ride to beaches and downtown St. Joe! The house was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay!

Great Summer Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is great for a family to be cozy together on vacation and yet large enough to sleep 10 VERY comfortably. The back (front depending on how to view it) was very relaxing to have an early morning cup of coffee or late night conversation.

absolutely lovely!

Colleen was a great host and her home was the absolutely perfect way to enjoy the long weekend with friends. There were two families, four adults and four kids under 7. The downstairs was perfect for the bigger kids, the baby had a room, and the adults were comfortable and quiet upstairs. Mere walk from the beach and fireworks and in the center of the st Joseph / Benton Harbor action (golf, carousel, restaurants and more). We had a great time!

Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was perfect and a great location to so many attractions. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this house. The host was amazing! Got right back to us if we had any questions.

Clean, comfortable and updated. Was in town for daughters wedding and needed a large place for friends and family. Was perfect for us.

My husband and I have three daughters and we love to travel, camp, go on adventures and have fun. Our favorite travel destinations include Colorado, Utah, California and Disney :). We love hospitality and making people feel comfortable and at home. We look at travel as a time and place to get away from the daily routine and tasks of life and be present with each other and re-charge while also exploring a new place. We hope that is what people experience when we host them.

The house has easy access to everything we love to do. Whether it is getting family beach time, trail running, biking, fishing, or paddle boarding it is all right outside the door. The home feels secluded and spacious yet has is in walking distance of fantastic breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, or kids activities.

Easy bike ride to Silver Beach in St. Joe. Walking distance to the Renaissance Fitness Center. Golf cart and paddle boards on property can be made available for an additional fee. Please contact the owners if interested.
