🏡 Completely renovated in autumn 2022, Gite des Bains apartment is located right next to the Theater in downtown Colmar. 🅿️ It has a private parking space in the backyard of the building (for 1 car only). Ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a quiet residence, this 94 m² apartment has a bright fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker ) open to a dining area and access to a balcony.
🛋️ The lounge area, bright 🌞 thanks to these large windows, is equipped with a television 📺 with a DVD player. This space has a convertible sofa which, by opening, offers you a 160cm by 197cm mattress with a 22cm mattress, 🌛 in order to guarantee comfort for the nights of young and old alike.
🛏️The first bedroom has a double bed as well as a single bed.
🛏️The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed as well as access to a bathroom with 🚿 shower, toilet 🚽 and hand basin .
🛏️ Both bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding.
🛁 A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet 🚽 complete the apartment.

🍼 coming with a toddler? The apartment has a baby cot approved for children under 3 years old and 15 kg. (Bed linen not provided for the cot, possibility of booking it as a paying option).

🏡 The whole apartment will be yours during your stay. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
cleaning will be done,
🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets, and bed linen will be available for the sofa bed,
clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

House rules:
🐕 Animals are accepted on request with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.
🚭 Tolerance is required on the balcony. You are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the yard.

🛏️ Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

🔑 In case of late arrival (after 8 p.m.), the keys must be collected from an address different from that of the apartment.

Sehr gute Lage
Altbau-Wohnung mit IKEA-Einrichtung, alles schon etwas gebraucht aber völlig ok. Sehr gute Lage, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und kleine Supermärkte zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.

A fuir! Une honte! Le logement est insalubre, limite squat ! Les photos datent de longtemps. Le sol colle, les murs sont tous sales, un canapé est déchiré, l'autre a des tâches douteuses. Le forfait ménage : une vielle serpière et du liquide vaisselle, tout est fait avec ça, je vous laisse imaginer! La cuisine est faite de bric et de broc désolidarisé. Les évaluations ont été acheté, ce n'est pas possible.

Great location and wonderful apartment
Loved our stay in this very excellently furnished (in white) apartment. Picking up and dropping off the keys from the key safe was very frustrating as it did not work either time and I had to call for tech support.

We are American travelers and accustomed to more basic amenities provided in apartments, such as salt & pepper,-basic kitchen supplies. All bathroom with a sink and mirror, maybe even a towel hook. One shower was inside a large soaker tub, very dangerous for older people to get in and out of. In the other shower, the water was scalding hot. The list of concerns is long.-these were the major ones. On a positive note the beds were comfortable and the location excellent. The reason for the poor rating in property management was the lack of a key to access the building . Day 2. after 8 PM , we were locked out and contacted the 24/7 number. We were told to walk in the dark to a new location to find a separate lock box. We were lucky when a kind building tenant allowed us access. Finally, on day 4 of our 5 day stay the management company delivered a key to the outside door. Property owners should be careful in hiring a property management company.
