In the heart of the Saint Joseph neighborhood, the apartment "La belle étape" is a superb 76m² apartment. It is located on the 4th and top floor of a quiet building (no elevator). This accommodation is ideal for a stopover in Colmar, a weekend or vacation with family or friends. You can take advantage of its ideal arrangement for a work stay.



This apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms with 2 double beds each, and storage.

The bright living room consists of a dining area as well as a lounge space.

The kitchen is equipped (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, dishes and kitchen utensils).

A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet completes the accommodation.



The accommodation also has parking.



Colmar, city of art, history and heritage: Despite the ups and downs of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "protected sector," has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless treasures of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it is the House of Heads (erected in the early 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.

Colmar's religious art is moreover very rich: the Church of the Dominicans which houses the famous "Virgin in the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great austerity.

Wandering through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colors... Strolling along the Fish Market quay, formerly the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".

Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment

Kurzurlaub in Colmar

Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, die Adresse zu finden. Google-Maps führte zu einem Haus, das ca. 300 m entfernt liegt. Der Genauigkeit wegen sollten auch die Koordinaten angegeben werden.Unter der 24/7 erreichbarer Telefonnummer der Agentur konnte man uns zuerst nicht weiterhelfen, wir haben die Wohnung dann schließlich selbstständig gefunden. Nach der Beschreibung im Internet sollte die Wohnung „im Herzen der Altstadt von Colmar“ in einem „denkmalgeschützten Gebäude“ liegen. Es handelte sich aber um ein Jahrzehnte altes Mehrfamilienhaus mit 8 Wohnungen, das sich in einem mäßig guten Erhaltungszustand befindet und mitnichten in der Altstadt liegt, sondern jenseits der Bahnlinie zwischen zwei teils sehr befahrenen Straßen. Diese Beschreibung muß korrigiert werden. Wohnung selbst war wie beschrieben: geräumig, sauber, in einem ansprechendem renovierten Zustand, nach außen gut schallisoliert. Allerdings ist sie dennoch hellhörig, Gespräche aus der untendrunter befindlichen Wohnung sind recht laut zu hören. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster wegen der Geräuschkulisse durch Straßen und Eisenbahn nicht möglich. Zahl der Steckdosen sehr überschaubar; Ausstattung ansonsten gut. Wasserdruck im Bad leider mäßig. Lage des Gebäudes selbst nicht schön, aber sehr nah an der Altstadt, die wirklich in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, sehr angenehm. Kein garantierter Parkplatz; die Angabe „ 1 parking“ in der Annonce ist daher etwas irritierend.
