Nous n'avons pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier de l'accĂšs Ă  internet et par consĂ©quent Ă  la tĂ©lĂ©vision qui passait exclusivement via la box internet durant tout le sĂ©jour.Nous avons tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© dĂšs le lundi matin Ă  l'agence cotoon pour signaler le problĂšme, laquelle nous a indiquĂ© dĂ©pĂȘcher dĂšs le lendemain un technicien. Cela n'a jamais Ă©tĂ© le cas, et en dĂ©pit de nombreuses relances tĂ©lĂ©phoniques les dex jours suivants nous n'avons eu aucune intervention pour rĂ©parer le problĂšme.Nous avons eu le sentiment d'ĂȘtre pris pour des imbĂ©ciles et cela est inadmissible. La literie laisse aussi Ă  dĂ©sirer, les matelas devraient ĂȘtre changĂ©s... Bref, nous sommes trĂšs déçus et Ă©viterons Ă  l'avenir de passer par votre site. Puisqu'en l’occurrence, la gestion est rĂ©trocĂ©dĂ©e Ă  une sociĂ©tĂ© immobiliĂšre qui ne se prĂ©occupe pas de la clientĂšle (aucun contact si ce n'est tĂ©lĂ©phonique)
