Brand new residence of three apartments with sea view, ten minutes walk from the port and the restaurants of Propriano, inground swimming pool open and heated from April 15 to October 30, air conditioning in each room, fully equipped modern kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, very comfortable firm memory foam mattress, TV, Wifi, covered terrace of almost 21 m2 ... Quiet area at the bottom of the mountain with an extraordinary view while being close to all shops and a 15-minute walk from the beaches.

Superbe Résidence

Appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé, à 10 min à pied du centre ville, endroit au calme, nous avons profité d'une superbe vue tout les matins au petit déjeuner et de la piscine avant d'aller à la plage, le propriétaire est super et à l'écoute je recommande cette location sans soucis :)

Excellent séjour appartement bien sympathique bien équipé piscine barbecue le bémol l eau pour se doucher un filet mais qui apparemment va se résoudre dans les prochain jours

Excellent séjour ,le logement est situé idéalement pour bénéficier de toutes les commodités .a deux pas a pied du centre de propriano. Acceuil ,réactivité de la part du propriétaire et de la personne en charge de nous accueillir irréprochable..espace piscine très agréable... Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir très prochainement.... Un logement très agréable. Bien places

Nous avons passer 2 semaines de rêves dans ce logement. Nous avons été accueilli par les parents du propriétaire, des gens d'une extrême gentillesse. Pour le logement il s'agit d'appartement équipes avec des matériaux de qualité et enfin un propriétaire qui a investi dans des matelas de qualité . Quel bonheur d'avoir un très bon logement et en plus une très bonne literie. Les logements sont à deux pas du centre ville et á quelques minutes des plus belle plage de la région. On y retourne les yeux fermés.

Je vous recommande toute autre résidence dans le futur également ;-) Note pour la literie : Ayant moi-même des problème de dos, j'ai tenu à choisir les matelas les plus confortables dans ce sens pour en faire profiter ma clientèle (mousse mémoire ferme) ;-)

I would like to live there when retired and give something to my daughters. Meanwhile, It is available for those who wish to rent it and benefit from the gorgeous place...

What makes this property unique

Well located, at the bottom of the mountain, with a wonderful view of the town, the mountains and the seashore. Quiet but close from the little town, with 10 minute walk from the harbor, the services, bar and restaurants. Air conditioning, full equiped kitchen..
