THE VIEW: Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the balcony patio and the master bedroom. In the evening from the balcony patio, watch the pier lights shimmering over the ocean.

Pier View Paradise is a one-level corner condo which means additional windows, lots of natural sunlight, and no stairs to climb.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Upon entering the condo you will find the beautifully remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a newly added long bank of cabinets that provide additional storage and counter space to be used during your stay. This is a rare find in North Coast Village! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the counter.

LIVING AREA
A300-Pier View Paradise is furnished with a large comfy sectional for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room has a 55” digital Smart TV with 140 channels. Or you can log in to your Hulu or Netflix account and indulge in a binge of your favorite shows after a day in the waves.
Enjoy the gas fireplace on a cool or rainy day and for the ambiance it creates.

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms are en-suite with a large walk-in shower in the guest bath and a shower/tub combination in the master bath.

SLEEPING
A300 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable California King size bed and a desk for easy remote working. The guest bedroom features a full and twin bed and includes a large walk-in closet. This is another rarity in North Coast Village. The master bedroom has a large closet with sliding doors. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat-screen mounted Smart TVs. The guest bedroom has a Blu-Ray DVD player. For additional sleeping arrangements for everyone, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

EXTRAS
This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building where there is an elevator available to take you to the 3rd floor.
A high chair is provided in the unit for the younger guests.
There are three tower fans for the warm summer nights as well as the ceiling fans.
Hi-speed internet is provided free of charge.
A300 is fully equipped with beach equipment for a truly magical vacation: boogie boards(4), beach towels(6), beach umbrella(1), beach chairs(4), and sand toys.

LOCAL AREA / COMPLEX AMENITIES

You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.

Step outside to explore the charm of Oceanside. North Coast Village is within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Pier and the vibrant Oceanside Harbor. Each offers a unique slice of coastal living, from fine dining and boutique shopping to exciting activities like jet skiing, kayaking, and whale-watching boat excursions. Leave your car securely parked in our underground garage and enjoy the ease of walking to these local attractions.

Great family friendly condo literally steps away from the beach
This was a great condo, a family of 5 we were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The condo was very clean and had just about everything we'd need. REALLY appreciated the beach toys and towels provided. You are literally steps away from the beach. I was hesitant about there being no AC but we actually were pretty comfortable without it. End of June and the day temps in the 70s and night temps in the 60s, gorgeous. Check in was easy and quick. My 6 year old really enjoyed the koi pond on property too. :) Would definitely book here again.

Family vacation
Overall, it was a great condo. The checkin process may have been the fastest I've ever experienced, which is very helpful, with young children. Very convenient location. I would recommend updating the carpet, to vinyl or something similar, as the carpet appears to have some wear and tear. Our family enjoyed the trip and we highly recommend others stay here.

Location is perfect. Beautiful view. Nice, clean, and updated inside of condo. Hallway and elevator was scary. Needs updated. Had 3 kids with me which was hard to keep noise level down. Got a complaint from a neighbor. I guess not a good idea for kids.

3rd times the charm
NCV is the perfect Southern Cal beach town stay. All the amenities you need are right there whether you want to just stay in the complex or hang at the beach. This was our 3rd trip to NCV and its always wonderful. Oceanside has a little of everything and the Thursday markets are great. On-the-Sand was a great host and very responsive to any communications.
