The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dining and living areas, with beautiful ocean views. The bedroom has a king size bed, luxurious sheets and fabulous ocean views. Newly remodeled bathroom with travertine floor. The sunny balcony with a tiled bar, is the perfect place to have a leisurely meal, BBQ dinner/BBQ at the Pool Area/ or a glass of wine enjoying the sunset.


The hole complex is not equipped with Air conditioning system however we have plenty of free standing fans and ceiling fans and the wonderful ocean breeze!

Our Oceanside vacation rental is located on the top floor, conveniently close to the elevator in the wonderful North Coast Village along with sandy beaches that are great for surfing, swimming, volleyball, and even fire pits for an evening bonfire and s'mores! Venture out from our beautiful resort and find the Oceanside Harbor with the yacht marina, quaint shops, and outstanding restaurants...all within walking distance. Rent a boat or jet ski, enjoy great fishing or spend time whale and dolphin watching. The coastline offers wonderful choices for the active or less active visitors with private access to the beach. The Main street Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9 am-1 pm, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5 pm-9 pm.


WE HAVE DIRECT ACCESS TO TWO BEACH SITES. THE NORTH BEACH ( to right of the complex ) IS ALL SAND. THE SOUTH BEACH WITH THE PIER VIEW IS LITTLE ROCKY.
