Charming house in a beautiful sunny and green village next to Sariza spring!!!
Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Apoikia village, on Andros island whilst staying at these stunning house with a marvelous view of the sea and the rolling countryside, surrounded by trees and gardens.
Apoikia is situated at the center of the island, making this an ideal base for exploring all that the island has to offer that is an astonishing landscape with woods, creeks, waterfalls and springs as well as sandy beaches and cliffs.
Our mission is to match equally the high quality of accommodation, food and hospitality.
The house is on the first floor of recently renovated, stylish premises with αn open-plan living/dining, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite with the bedroom), large full-length windows, fully equipped kitchen, slopping wooden ceiling, private entrance with an external staircase, a balcony and a terrace with garden furniture under the orange trees, to soak up the sun, enjoy your drinks and meals and offering the seclusion and privacy your vacation deserves.
Guests can enjoy the surrounding land, set in a beautiful rural location and nature lovers will be enthralled with of nature”s beauty that can be seen from the windows.
Enjoy the warmth, natural beauty and wine-gastronomy of Andros via the delicate flavors of our food and wines and the spectacular high settings of our premises
The farm has its own small vegetable garden, citrus and olive groves.
The owner, an accomplished cook, is enthusiastic about her busy little gareden, with the main work being in the production of vegetables and fruits, and there will always be homemade goodies to try.
Outside, guests can relax and enjoy alfresco breakfast,lunch and dinner (upon request) and they can also taste the variety of freshly picked up vegetables and herbs grown in our vegetable garden and fermented goods.
Guests may choose to have breakfast,lunch and dinner, made with our own seasonal products or coming to our kitchen straight from local producers such as eggs, vegetables, cheese, wine, olive oil etc. Some of our meals are cooked following the greek traditional and local recipes.
Based on traditional and modern recipes we organize cooking classes where you can learn how to make some of the local specialities that make Andros a distinguished culinary destination of famous Mediterranean recipes.
The breakfast usually includes freshly baked breads and pastries, homemade jams and marmalades, milk straight from the goats
