The property is located 14 km from the port of Gavrio, in the small settlement of Vitali, on the northeastern side of the island. Vitali is well known for its beautiful beach, just 4 km from the house. At the beach, you will find a traditional tavern and an all-day café-bar serving fresh fruit juices, drinks, and light snacks.

Vitali is a traditional village with old farmhouses. Although it comes alive in the summer, when owners return to open up their homes for the holiday season, it remains a peaceful place surrounded by tranquil natural beauty.

The guest house is completely independent from the main house. It includes two 25 sq.m. guest rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and one small bedroom with bunk beds for two people. A separate bathroom is located just outside this room. An additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available upon request.

The kitchen is outdoors, situated between the two main guest rooms. Next to it is a covered outdoor dining area with a large table that seats twelve. Guests are welcome to use the traditional brick oven and barbecue.

The 5x9 m swimming pool lies in front of the two guest rooms. On the same property, just north of the pool, there is a basketball/mini soccer court, a ping pong table, and a trampoline. For those who love a touch of adventure, a small wooden treehouse offers a perfect hideaway for spending the night.

No one else will be using the main house during your stay. The entire property, including the swimming pool, is for your exclusive use.

Beautiful place

We spent several days at this property and fell in love with it. The location is rural and absolutely beautiful. You're surrounded by nature and trees with a stunning view over the valley. The house itself was immaculate with such thoughtful furnishings that we felt completely at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone wishing for a quiet lowkey vacation.

A very special place

The property was beautiful. The setting is unusual in that the kitchen is outdoor and the bedrooms open directly on a beautiful patio, outdoor dining area and pool. Excellent home for vacation!

Katerina 's home in Vitali is perfect in every detail! It is so cozy and well equipped that we didn't feel like going anywhere else. Perfection by all means! Katerina is very kind and helpful, showing great interest in everything you may need.

Perfect stay !

We had a wonderfull time at Andros. Lovely place, far away from noise and busy aeras. In the middle of nowhere among sheeps and goats ! The house is beautiful, quite and a very well equiped for a family of 5. Swimming pool is just a dream with a Nice view. We Thank our host who was very kind to us and checking regulary that everything was ok.

Awesome villa on beautiful Andros

We had an amazing stay in the villa at Vitali. Great facilities (pool, basketball, table tennis and trampoline), comfy beds and lots of outdoor space for chilling in. The road to get there is not for the novice driver and the only shops "nearby" are 30 minutes away but the venue is well worth it with mountains all around and a view own the valley to the sea. Katerina the host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Only warning I would give is for those with very small children as there are lots of steps and some high drops but our 10 and 12 year olds absolutely loved it as did we.

Peace and tranquility, an absolute paradise!

We have just had the most amazing week in Vitali - the property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 adults, super comfortable bedrooms, and so much outdoor space. The pool was sparkling, beautifully clean spring water and we loved the outdoor cooking and dining. We were met at the port by the housekeeper and his daughter Anisa, who was delightful - she showed us round, explained everything, and returned with her mum a few days later to clean and change the linen. If you are looking for total peace and quiet, Vitali is the place for you - we had great weather but be aware of the strong winds, you may need a light fleece in the evenings as you will be dining outside under the stars! With it's stunning scenery, beautiful beach, delicious fresh food, and not to forget sound of the goats and sheep on the hillsides, this is a place that will stay in our hearts. Perfect If you want to get away from it all and relax privately with your own pool.

An Outstanding accomadation for 2 with complete privacy, enchanting views and good size pool! (At a reasonable price too!) Almost impossible to find on line but this was a wonderful discovery. So much so that my husband and I were very sad to leave it. There was stunning natural beauty all around in a peaceful and Tranqil valley between goat covered mountains. Vitali beach, beach bar and taverna were a 10 /15 minute drive away and Gavrios port about 1/2 hour. The villa itself was was well equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything was just perfect and I know that I'm hard to please when it comes to choosing a villa to spend two weeks in. Thankyou Katerina for your very considerate and caring hospitality. It was so relaxing and stress free to stay in your lovely home and island.

We fell in love with this place!

We have just come back from two amazing weeks at Katerinas place on this special island! The house is fantastically located - so that a real holiday and retreat starts the moment you walk in. We loved the quietude, privacy and spaciousness of the place and the beautiful and loving attention that Katerina put in every corner of the house. It was the best place we ever rented and it was very, very hard to leave!!! Katerina was always available, very helpful und attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return soon and stay for longer or even better, for good. Just amazing

We enjoyed a perfect week. We packed our bags sadly, but Andros will stay in our hearts. Being English, we appreciated the greenery and the pleasant breeze - sometimes Greece is too hot for us! And I can't believe how unspoiled the island is, despite being close to the mainland and having lots of sandy beaches (we liked Vitali best). I wouldn't change anything about the house. Someone has clearly thought very hard about the design and the decoration. We used all the different facilities, especially the pool of course, and appreciated the kind touches - basket of towels by the pool, toiletries in the showers, welcome box, beer mugs in the freezer, etc. The peaceful location was very special, and in the evenings the only sounds were the wandering sheep and goats and the cicadas. We felt spoiled and we will be back.

Herrliche Auszeit

Wir können uns den vielen positiven vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ein wunderbarer stiller toller Ort. Die Straßen zum Haus und zum Strand sind ein bisschen abenteuerlich. Aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Der Pool ist wunderbar und riesig. Die Bucht mit sehr freundlicher und schöner Beach Bar am Vitali Beach ein Traum. Wenn man nicht etwas einkaufen möchte, muss man sich nicht großartig wegbewegen. Katerina als Gastgeberin war sehr fürsorglich und immer antextbar und hilfsbereit.

Outstanding stay in Andros

Great stay and outstanding owner. This property was ultra-clean and was better than the pictures showed. My kids loved the pool, basketball court, ping pong and trampoline, and my wife and I loved the serenity of being surrounded by nature on Andros. We were able to easily get to Gavrio for provisions and Batsi for a sandier beach. Vitali Beach is 15 minutes away. The outdoor kitchen met our needs well and is secured from the winds. The owner was extremely communicative and offered suggestions on restaurants and quickly answered our questions about the area and saw to it a minor issue was quickly rectified. Housekeeping was thorough and professional. Absolutely recommend.

Perfect Remote Retreat

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. The house is just perfect, we loved the outdoor living lifestyle that it offered us, the quietness of the village and the beautiful views over the valley. A lot of love and thought has been put into the house and it really shows. Our 3 year old daughter adored the pool (as did we), even learning to swim whilst we were there! Katerina's communication throughout was brilliant. We hope to return.

Un tocco di Provenza in terra greca

La casa e' una meraviglia. Le foto corrispondono alla realta' . E' una casa da vivere con amici...campo da basket, ping pong, tappeto elastico. Il divertimento per i bambini e' assicurato. E' una casa perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano da tutto e tutti. Le stellate che si godono di notte sono favolose. Da considerare che dista 20 minuti dal primo centro, Gavrio , su una strada parzialmente sterrata. L'aspetto divertente e' che di notte puo' capitarti di vedere leprotti, civette e donnole !! La Host super disponibile . Risponde immediatamente appena hai delle esigenze. Ci si e' rotta la lavatrice e il giorno dopo ne e' arrivata una nuova di zecca !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus auf Andros

Das Ferienhaus in Vitali liegt in einer wunderschönen Lage, abgelegen von jeglichem Tourismus. Die Ruhe und das sehr gepflegte Anwesen haben uns beeindruckt. Die liebevolle und nachhaltige Einrichtung machen diesen Ferienort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Vor allem die Gastfreundschaft, die wir durch das ganze Team erfahren haben, hat uns sehr erfreut. Auch während der Corona-Pandemie haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt und wurden bei jeglichen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben dort zwei tolle Wochen verbracht, möchten uns für die tolle Zeit bedanken und empfehlen diesen einzigartigen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter!

The home was very nice, although a little far away from the main cities. Very relaxing experience nevertheless, far from any source of disturbance. I think its perfect for relaxing. The area was mostly windy, which is good news for Greek summer. I would definitely recommend it!

Familie mit zwei Teenagern August 2020

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub an diesem bezaubernden Ort. Das Haus ist absolut genial, liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben die Küche im Freien und beide Sitzmöglichkeiten genossen. Der Pool, der Basketballkorb und die Tischtennisplatte haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Die Betreuung war top! Man muss sich auf längere Distanzen einlassen, es sind aber einige tolle Strände und eine schöne Hafenstadt gut erreichbar.

What an amazing place. Villa is superb with brilliant facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed exploting the island, but our favourite place was nearby Vitali Beach. The drive to it is spectacular and there is a lovely beach bar there. The owner and hosekeepers were extremely welcoming. We will be back!

Très belle villa avec piscine de belle taille indispensable pour profiter de son séjour.

Superbe villa avec très belle piscine de bonne taille. Pour les enfants, trampoline, terrain de basket et cabane. Beau bbq pour les plus grands. En revanche, maison très isolée avec accès délicat par une route non bitumée. Si vous aimez la nature et l'isolement c'est pour vous. Super séjour ceci dit.

Une maison exceptionnelle dans un cadre exceptionnel, au calme, entourée de nature. La piscine est parfaite et le terrain de basket est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont propres et bien ventilées. This house is amazing. Katerina has put so much thought into all the details and provided everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing stay. The property itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, very private and secluded, with amazing views of the ocean and the local goats. The nearest beach - Vitali - was by far the best beach we visited on the island, although the drive to it was a little bit hair raising. Thank you Katerina for a great stay!
