Tranquil, Relaxing Luxury Art Villa with private infinity pool & marvelous views

Insightful dialogues regarding tradition, history and the local beliefs, resulted to the conception of this residence, on an island known for its slopes and the narrow cottages, as well as its Byzantine and Medieval buildings (Monasteries, Churches and Towers). DIALOGOI is derived from these architectural forms. Looking at this private residence, one can perceive the dialogue between the different buildings. The first one at the lower level, beside the property's main entrance is inspired by a typical cottage, in contrast to an imposing Monastery gate, which is sited next to it. The central building is oblong resembling a church with a tower house standing next to it instead of a belfry. All these are set to a harmonious dialogue, being respectful to their surroundings and the architecture, history and nature of Andros. A unique landmark of the residence is the two fish swimming in opposite directions that decorate the entrances, made with a traditional technique using pebbles.

The villa is modern with all designers furniture. Contemporary Art orientated. There is also a big 'gallery' room (70 m2) with posters from the 2 contemporary art museums of Andros. It is also used as a gym and play-room (table-tennis, cards, etc).

Breathtaking view from all levels. You can see the unique Hora (capital) of Andros which stands on a sharp peninsula between two sandy beaches of Nimborio and Paraporti, amongst the magnificent unique blue color of Aegean Sea. The infinity pool (14 x 5,5 m) is like an extention of the Aegean Sea.

Great family and friends holiday

Lovely, very well designed house. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday, in easy reach of Chora town and the surrounding beaches. Worth trying a tasting at the local winery.Krista and Panos were suberb hosts, having daily cleaning made it a total holiday.Andros is a charming Island, very hospitable people.

What a fantastic stay! The property was very impressive. The hosts were very informative and friendly. The check in process couldn’t have been easier. The house was extremely well equipped and the added bonus of having a daily house clean was a very welcomed addition. The house was located high on the hill with great views down to the town of Chora below. With many beach options nearby and lazy days by the beautiful pool our body batteries are fully recharged. We don’t have any need to stay anywhere else on our next visits to Andros, we have found the perfect place.

Spent a great time

We came here for a week 3 years ago and had some memorable moments. This year we spent 2 weeks which were again exceptional. The house is both magnificent and very comfortable. Pybus family holiday

From the moment we booked Krista and Panos made sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay in their house and on the island as enjoyable as possible. The house beautiful with many unique features and an incomparable view. We opted to have some meals cooked for us by Alkita and Marisa the house keeper was a n every day to clean the living areas and make sure the mainstay was taken care of. We had a most enjoyable stay in this beautiful villa. Krista was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in beautiful Andros. Our family of 10 enjoyed the rooms and also indulged in a delicious meal by a fabulous chef that was recommended. Everyone was happy throughout our visit and our villa was immaculate each day. An amazing villa to enjoy the beauty of Greece !

This villa is definitively THE PLACE to be in Andros ! The villa is very well located with a breathtaking sea view and close by the lovely city of Chora, which has a unique beauty due to the combination of Venetian, Byzantine and Ottoman architecture. The villa is very spacious, tastefully decorated and very well maintained and equipped with an amazing pool and excellent cleaning and cooking services ! The booking, arrival and departure processes are very easy with many tips provided by the hosts who are very kind and reactive in case of need. A wonderful stay in a magical place

We stayed in villa Dialogoi for a week with friends while in Andros for a wedding and loved it. Absolutely stunning location and amazing views of Chora. The villa itself is very special - beautifully styled and very comfortable with lots of space to relax. Fabulous pool, brilliant games room, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. It is also extremely well equipped, there isn’t a kitchen utensil you cannot find! Marites the housekeeper kept the place in tip top condition each day. We were also lucky enough to have her look after our 8 month old baby for an evening and she is an absolute natural with children. Would love to stay again.

Amazing house and services

From the booking to the welcome and throughout the stay we receive a really high level of service. The property is truly stunning and beautifully kept. Every little detail is studied with care and personality. In the house you can find what you need for a good holiday: pool bar, barbecue, gym, table football, billiards, two areas for dining, confortables room, video games , sound system , etc. on request laundry service and an exceptional cooker. Andros is a beautiful island with super beaches. Really high recommended

Our entire group was so impressed with the home, location, hosts, the cleaning lady Marites. We wanted to have cars with the freedom to explore the island at will. This house is a short drive to town and to several beaches. It is secluded behind 2 gates which make it very private. We found the home beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room for our 10 guests. We also had the optional cook, Alketa, cook 3 traditional meals. The food was plentiful and delicious with leftovers for lunch the next day. The groceries and her cooking time cost about €80 per person total. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

FABULOUS!!

The pictures just do not do the property justice! We arrived in Andros after having already been in Greece for 10 days. We stayed on several different islands in homes and hotels and by far Villa Diagolo was our favorite. Panos and Krista went above and beyond to make our stay special. They coordinated the surprise engagement of our daughter, helped arrange an amazing photographer, and arranged a delicious home prepared feast. They’re commitment to the joy of “your” holiday will be unmatched. We highly recommend Villa Diagolo and hope to return soon!

This villa in Andros is simply stunning! All the details have been carefully thought and designed which made our whole stay not only enjoyable but also extremely functional. If you are looking for something in the house, you can be sure it is there. You also never get tired of the views from wherever you are, not to mention the beautiful art pieces and decoration that give it a unique feel. The surroundings, the pool area, the recreation room, the driveway, the spacious rooms are all additional benefits that everyone of us could enjoy. Outstanding villa in the gorgeous island of Andros!

It was out 10th Greek island hopping holiday as a group of 3 families (inc 5 teenagers) and Villa Dialogoi is definitely the best villa we have stayed at. 10 things we loved:1. Beautifully designed, but very comfortable with a room for every need!2. The games room with table tennis & table football kept the teenagers occupied3. Stunning location with incredible views of Chora4. Marites was amazing and there's something so indulgent about having your made made for you when you are on holiday!5. Akleta cooked for us a couple of nights and she makes the most delicious Greek food - definitely try the aubergine Imam dish6. There is a taverna a 5 mins walk away which is fab for a local night out7. We fell in love with Gyalia beach, also with a great restaurant and cafe8. Would highly recommend Riva rental for a boat trip & were taken to remote beaches including Achla9. Chora is a lovely town with some good restaurants along the beach front and in the town itself10. Krista and Panos were excellent hosts. Very clear communication and incredibly responsive. We could not have asked for a better holiday!

Absolutely amazing!

Villa Dialogoi was hands down the best VRBO we've ever stayed out. The pictures are lovely but don't do the property justice. Krista and Panos have spared no detail to outfit the house with everything you could ever possibly need on vacation. The house was meticulous, and there was someone on site for 5 hours a day to help clean and tidy (although not intrusive at all). There was wonderful common space, but plenty of places to retreat, and the pool was a lovely refuge from the summer heat. We also had a wonderful meal prepared by a cook, and it was phenomenal. We have nothing but great things to say about the property and hosts and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay, and we hope to be back!

Beautiful home

The home is simply beautiful! The pictures are true and you must see it in person to appreciate all the unique and beautiful details. You are situated above Chora with the most wonderful views. The hosts are helpful with all your needs and a list of local things to do, restaurants, boating excursions, beaches, local interests and museums. The home has everything you’d need from working out area, game room and pool. The Bluetooth speakers are great to have to play your own music. Krysta has a chef who can bring you a delicious home cooked meal. The home is cleaned daily by a sweet woman who you barely know is there. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay in Andros. We fell in love with this artistic home.and hope to return soon.

Perfect holiday disturbed by wildfire

I can only second all the good reviews - the villa is even more spectacular in real life, every little detail in the house is thought through, you feel like in a gallery and at the same time just at home. We especially enjoyed the kitchen for cooking group meals, pool area with a game room nearby to relax during the day and the veranda for night time discussions. I 100% recommend booking Marites cleaning service and Alketas dinners as it allows you not to worry about anything during your holiday. The owners of the villa Krista and Panos are the kindest people that supported us from the early booking, to questions about the island and helped us to find a solution how to continue our honeymoon holiday after the wildfire destroyed the infrastructure around the house. Knowing the owners, the house and surroundings will be in its peak condition in no time. We will definitely consider coming back once we’ll get the chance to gather our friends again.

Perfect holiday home!

We rented Krista and Panos' house for 11 days. We were 10 and we had plenty of space. The house is big, very comfortable, nicely decorated with an artsy feel. The pool area is stunning and so relaxing that we spent many whole days there. There is also a play room with ping-pong and pool tables, some fitness equipment etc. Generally speaking, everything is much better than it looks on the pictures. Krista is a very attentive and responsive host. Marites, the cleaning lady, is a must-have : discreet and efficient, it makes you feel as if you are in a hotel. Moreover we took the services of the cooker, Alketa, twice; it was very good and at a reasonable price per person. The location is very good too : the villa dominates the Andros' bay and offers therefore a nice view on the main city and the sea. There are beautiful beaches at 5'-10' drive and Chora, at a stone's throw, is beautiful and lively. Batsi, which definitely offers much to do and see too, is at a 40' ride. We had a perfect holiday and we totally recommend Krista and Panos' house.

Perfect in every way!

This really is an amazing villa! We had 3 families with children ranging from 13-17 and there was plenty to do for everyone. We normally have dinner out most nights when we holiday together but the villa was so spectacular that we didn't want to leave especially with Alketa's incredible food at such reasonable prices with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day! Panos and Krista couldn't do enough for us, they were the best hosts I've ever come across, nothing was too much trouble. The layout of the rooms worked brilliantly and there are plenty of different seating areas throughout the villa for you to have a quiet moment. The kitchen brilliantly equipped as was the rest of the villa with so much care and attention on how to make you feel comfortable with everything you need to relax from great music system to ice machine by the pool to the help of Marites who did a fabulous job keeping the villa in order! The local beach music bar was such fun and the town has everything you need from fab restaurants to lively bars plus shopping. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone, the photos don't do it justice and we have stayed in loads of big villas as there are 13 of us, but this is our favourite by far!!

INCREDIBLE VILLA

First of all I want to thank the hosts and Marites for making it very easy to communicate at all time. The Villa is spectacular very confortable we had the upper room with private bathroom and plenty of closet space. The view from the room basically a dream, didn't want to close the shutters so we can see the sun rise. We enjoyed very much the pool space with all the amenities, fridge, ice maker (our favourite), milk shaker and specially nespresso coffee machine all at the pool bar....WOW.... not to mentioned we discover last minute that the pool shower had a steam room. The pool and the house was always cleaned and well maintained daily with the help of Marites which we appreciated very much all very worth the money. We went for a wedding , we had a beautiful surprise in our fridge the next morning a bottle of champagne, and a very beautiful and thoughtful gift for us and the newly weds. We didn't want to leave the Villa, so we spend as much time as possible to enjoy it. The wifi was great the music connection every where in the house. The pictures are great but to see it in person is actually more amazing. Very well furnished with all you need to entertained , cook and play......kids friendly . You will definitely enjoy.....we all loved it...thanks for everything Panos, Krista and Marites........

Wonderful week at Villa Dialogoi

Our stay at the Villa Dialogoi was absolutely wonderful. Krista and Panos were wonderful and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Checked in on us, made sure everything was smooth, and we had everything we needed. The house maid was fantastic, super friendly and we never missed anything in the house. She was very thorough, and with 11 people in the house at one point, she did a great job catering to any requests we may have had. As for the house, or should I say the Villa, it was the most beautiful place any one of us had ever stayed at. From the small details all around the house, to beautiful outdoor and indoor designs, to furniture picked, the kitchen cabinets, the most dreamy pool/pool area, the outdoor seating space, we felt like we were all living a dream. It was nicely spread out that even thought it was 11 of us, we all had our own space somehow. We also received boat rental and chef recommendations from Krista and Panos, and both were absolutely amazing. The chef was phenomenal, he worked with me on the menu, everything that he made was delicious, it’s some of the best food we have ever had. Our day on the boat with Yannis was also fantastic, we went to a few different beaches, then a beautiful lunch, and the whole day was so much fun. The whole week was amazing, it’s a trip we will never forget, and I am so happy we stayed at Villa Dialogoi, I could’ve not imagined a better place to stay at, for my birthday trip with friends. Life changing vacation and new friends for life

We were two close families traveling together with a goal of seeing and experiencing authentic Greece. We were seeking special moments and life long memories. We found all of this in Andros but especially in this amazing home and with our amazing hosts (Panos, Krista,and their perfect children) The home, designed and built by Panos, is nothing short of an engineering and aesthetic marvel, combining architectural styles of the island. The elevated position of the home creates the mythic and magical feeling of floating above the Aegean and the town of Hora. The home has a beautiful organic style with thick walls, passages, and stairways that offer privacy but entice guests to explore. Each room in the home is perfectly suited to purpose. The bedrooms are stylish, dark when needed, and private. The dining room looks ready to host a diplomatic summit. The art is playful and uplifting. The living room and outdoor spaces encourage deep conversations and connections with friends and family. Our trip to Andros and most importantly our beloved host family allowed us to fall in love with Greece, it's people, and to believe that vacations can change lives through close time spent together, the adventure of new discoveries and experiences, and especially through the joy found in new friendship. αιώνιος αγάπη. We are a family of 5 persons. Father, mother 2 daughters at the age of 17 and 19, and a son at the age of 11. The villa has been built by me, Panos, the father of the Zouganeli family, who is a civil engineer. We live in Athens but we love Andros very much; therefore we bought this land, we got married there, we built the villa, we baptised all our children there and since then we enjoy very often this unique island and our beautiful house.

Why they chose this property

We chose this land to create our villa because Hora of Andros is a very safe and family oriented place and not mass tourism targeted.
Our property is close and with very easy access to everything you might wish. Exquisite modern art and archaeological museums, byzantine monasteries, excellent beaches, water sports, beautiful nature with water springs, restaurants, shops, beach bars, nightlife and at the same time very quiet and tranquil.

What makes this property unique

Breathtaking views from all levels including an infinity pool. Views of the Aegean Sea and the extraordinary, unique capital of Andros, Hora or Chora, being built on a very narrow peninsula.
In this property you can enjoy swimming, conversations, reading, relaxing (ideal for yoga experience), working out, steam bath, playing games (table tennis, full size American billiard, fitness equipment: treadmill, elliptical cross trainer, abs bench) all within an inspiring aesthetic and tranquil environment.
Horse riding for up to 4 persons is also available at a small extra cost.
