Its large outdoor terraces also include a wonderful private swimming pool with sun loungers and hammock, while a variety of cozy sitting and lounging areas spread around the retreat allowing for social gatherings or solitary star shooting! Enhancing an overall fine experience with a culinary treat, fresh organic fruits & vegetables are offered to the guests from the villa’s private garden.
The ground floor spreads on three uneven levels, featuring a spacious living room with TV area, a fireplace-lounging area and a dining area with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and laundry-storage room. The living room opens up to a shaded sitting area, offering spectacular views of the lower garden and the Aegean Sea.

Located in Kypri, on the mid-western coast of Andros, the property offers an idyllic position not only because of its breathtaking views but also because it is within 5km from the port of Gavrio and within less than 3km from the picturesque and active seaside village of Batsi.
What makes this property unique
The property offers a truly wonderful living experience! Besides featuring several cozy corners that allow each and every one of its guests to escape as they please, the highlight is how withdrawn, yet close, everything really is... On the way to the villa from the port, there are several beaches, three of which are organised sandy ones; St. Peter, Golden Beach as well as Kypri beach, which offer umbrellas with sun loungers, organised beach bar, along with various water sports activities; dining and shopping options are also within less than 10 mins from the villa which makes the stay even more carefree and easy! Furthermore, the island is also renowned for its various trekking paths; make sure to familiarise yourself with the its rich history and culture as the island hosts a number of museums. There are also plenty of picturesque villages tucked away in the countryside, which you should make sure to visit while also enjoying the local delicacies.
