The residence Ty Kaz Kréol is a beautiful and charming complex with a swimming pool consisting of 4 studios identical bungalows in wood (2-3 persons) fully equipped with bathroom kitchenettes and small garden for grilling.
Ideally located between Sainte Luce and Le Diamant in the south among the most beautiful beaches of Martinique on the Caribbean coast just 20 minutes from the airport. Perfect as a starting point for all your excursions on the island ...

The residence is designed on 3 levels:
level 1: together receiving studios 1 and 2
level 2: all receiving studios 3 and 4
level 3: common garden throughout the residence

Our bungalows are ultra-equipped: large room of 14 square meters with large bed 160 x 200 canopy with net mosquito and bedding of quality, bedside table, air conditioning, exotic decoration, internet wi-fi, TV, independent bathroom with Italian shower , hair dryer, bathroom and toilet, one bedroom with kitchen

Our terraces: table, chairs, kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker ...

Hygiène

Accueil correct l’hygiène de la cuisine a revoir Piscine trop petite pour le nombre de locataire et la vu n’est pas au rendez vous un peu cher pour cette prestation .

Acceuillant

Propriétaire très sympathique, donne de bon renseignement sur les choses à voir. Appartement comme sur le site, sauf le BBQ qui est maintenant une plaque au propane.

Trés agréable

L'emplacement est pratique, les logements bien pensés, la piscine agréable, les propriétaires à l'écoute, tout est réuni pour un bon séjour. Le seul point un peu gênant a été le bruit des chiens et coqs dans la nuit mais probablement comme partout en Martinique.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Ausgangslage

Wir waren 5 Tage bei Philippe, es hat uns gut gefallen. Philippe war sehr hilfsbereit ist uns nachts entgegengefahren da unser Flieger Verspätung hatte und die Zufahrt im Dunkeln schlecht zu finden ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist voll ausgestattet, Außengrill vorhanden. Lediglich der Pool dürfte etwas größer sein. Gute Ausgangslage für vielfältige Unternehmungen und Einkäufe.

Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Philippe, personne disponible et fort sympathique. Nous a prêté tout un ensemble de matériel fort appréciable comme des chaises de plage, des masques et tuba etc.... de bons conseils aussi. sur les 4 bungalows nous étions les seuls : alors le paradis pour nous ! Un très beau séjour

C'était un premier séjour en Martinique.Par bonheur nous sommes arrivés dans cette belle location: tout est fait pour passer de belles vacances.L'aménagement est superbe, rien ne manque (même le "planteur" en guise de bienvenue!).Philippe donne de superbes conseils pour les visites.Le plus ,c'est l'accueil à l'aéroport. Merci donc à Philippe et Nathalie pour leur gentillesse.A bientôt certainement (nous n'avons pas fait l'anse Michel!!)

This property was amazing!

Had a great experience in this bungalow. Enjoyed my time there and of course my stay. Philippe made it a comfortable atmosphere for us. The hospitality of picking us from the airport (even though we had our own rental) and being available whenever we had a question was 5-star service. I can't wait to return with more friends so that I can rent out all of the bungalows.

Très bon séjour...calme, détente et farniente... malheureusement le temps n'était pas de la partie. Les bungalows sont très confortables, très bien équipés (on ne manque de rien). Literie de qualité. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentifs à notre confort. Le planteur à l'arrivée : génial !! et très bon. Nous y reviendrons assurément.

TRES BON SEJOUR

nous avons sejourné 11 nuits dans un des bungalows, très bon confort , au calme et central pour se rendre dans tous les coins de l'ile. très bon accueil et conseils des proprietaires , il manquait juste un espace congel mais celà va être mis en place rapidement. La piscine est très bien aussi.bref nous recommandons!!

J'ai passé un agréable week end. Trés bon accueil des proprios. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, gentils, agréables. L'annonce est conforme aux prestations. Le bungalow est bien équipé, la kitchenette est trés fonctionnelle, la literie super confortable. J'ai passé un séjour au calme. J ai pu me relaxer au bord de la piscine. Pas de bruit. Super séjour à refaire bientot.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre week -end dans cette résidence ,ainsi que le rapport que nous avons eu avec les propriétaires qui sont chaleureux et gentils. Bungalow bien équipé, moderne, et propre.La piscine est très agréable pour se relaxée.Aucun bruit de voisinage . Je recommande TY KAZ KREOL à tous
