Room was great! We were really late checking in so we were able to catch an elevator right away. No problem catching an elevator throughout the week, no matter how many times we used it. When leaving, so was everyone else, so expect a 30 minute wait for each elevator trip you take unless you want to leave before check out time.

Winter getaway

Lovely condo with an incredible view! The balcony is super spacious with comfortable furniture. The condo is clean and open and bright. We love the location, close to everything but very quiet. On arrival one of the bathrooms needed cleaned and they were on it immediately after we called, super service! Will definitely be back!!

Beautiful view

Unfortunately most of our stay coincided with Hurricane Sally so we didn’t get to use the Balcony as much as we hoped but it offers a very large space with beautiful views. The condo was updated nicely and very clean. It was nice to have a comfortable place to stay for the days we were stuck inside waiting for the storm to pass. I highly recommend this property and Blue Swell. It was in a very convenient area and very easy instructions/communications for checking in and out.

Great condo!

We had a great stay, the unit was clean and very spacious. Only complaints are parking was very limited and the elevator wait times. With the 4th of July weekend many people were parked in the garage without passes and we had to use pay parking. I didn’t see anything when booking about the elevators being extremely delayed only after I received my rental agreement did I notice a segment about planing accordingly with up to hour wait times for the elevators. Could be my mistake for not thoroughly reading I’m not entirely sure but definitely plan to wait for the elevators. Overall great condo!

Big condo with great view.

Plenty of interior space, with large balcony facing the Gulf. Convienient to shopping. Nice furnishings. Under building parking option is a plus for handicapped. Overall cleanliness was good. Washing machine was moldy and smelly, so should be cleaned between stays. Used vacuum once, but had to ventilate the condo, due to the horrible smell it emmitted. Ice maker was turned off, so I had to research to find the on switch. Included beach chairs is a plus, but management of the chairs was poor, and not monitored very well. Would recommend no loud portable music/headphones only in pool area, or on grounds. People would sometimes play music so loud, that we could not talk at the pool, and would drown out the ocean waves on the 10th floor balcony.
