Recently updated unit with beautiful views of the emerald coast! The unit features multiple resort pools, beach access, and is close to local attractions!

As you enter your vacation home you are greeted with views of the World's Most Famous White Sandy Beach! You will have access to your own ensuite washer and dryer making it easy to bring a light load. Your kitchen is also well stocked with all new essential items! Each room is provided with a Flatscreen TV allowing you to easily wind down after a day full of adventure whether it was on the beach or the many local attractions! You can also sit back and relax on your private balcony and watch the sunrise or sunset while enjoying your choice of drink!

This was our first time visiting. Wonderful place. Everything was very nice and clean. The added beach chairs included was so nice and convenient . They give you plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. We had absolutely no problems.

Excellent communication pre-arrival, the day before, day of and the last day of our stay. The condo is fully renovated to the most modern finishes. Tons of extra bath towels. Smart TV's with access to log into your own Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. The location of the building is perfect: no traffic pulling out of the parking garage across the street, 15 minutes to Pier Park, 5 minutes to lots of restaurants / Wal Mart / ice cream / mini-golf. Pro tip for future renters upon arrival: pull into the condo building's garage on the left side of the building; either the lower level (far left) or up the ramp to the 2nd level. Pull in front of the elevator door entrance (will be on your right as you pull into the parking garage). Unload your luggage & have someone stay to load everything onto a luggage cart while you park your vehicle across the street (ground floor is the easiest for in & out).

A needed getaway !!!

We needed a getaway and we got one. App showed some places close by to grab a bite and none of them disappointed. We enjoyed the room and the view was quite spectacular. Dolphins, crabs, and fish everyday. The sand was groomed and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. Very clean. The staff was quite diligent at making the property nice.
