Welcome to Ocean Villa 1503!

You are going to love relaxing with stunning views of the beach. And listening to the sound of the surf while staying in this beautiful vacation home! This beachfront condo is located on the 15th floor of Ocean Villa and has unobstructed 180 degree views of the world renowned Emerald Coast. With an oversized balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view, as well as evening drinks, while you take in gorgeous sunsets or watch the storms roll in. I’ve even seen end-to-end double rainbows from this vantage point! You’ll fine lots of kid-friendly attractions and restaurants nearby, or, head down to one of the three pools, Jacuzzi, or the beach, via a private gate with direct beach access. The unit is spacious, with two bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa – the condo sleeps a total of six.

Spent 4th of July week her with the family. The condo was just as described if not better. Great location, within walking distance to shops. Parking accommodations allowed for a vehicle and golf cart. Plenty of room/space for guests. The view was amazing.

Bullet pointe summary; - Unit was very clean (Very important to us) - Check in was smooth - Beds were comfortable - Owners were very thoughtful with amenities - Nicely decorated - TVs and internet worked great. - 15th floor was perfect. - Showers were great - The only downside was that one of the three elevators were being worked on during our stay, Lots of waiting. We rented many condos in Ocean Villa throughout the years. Some were good and some were terrible. This condo was GREAT! Cudos to Vrbo, Best Beach Getaways, and the owners. We will be back!

The unit was nice. Great view, huge balcony, close to shopping. Negatives: Floors & esp balcony are in serious need of steam cleaning!! Feet were black even right after showering! Our assigned beach chairs were occupied on Friday afternoon. Attendants told them we were gone for the day when we hadn't even spoken to them. They were charging others to use them. They had us move to someone elses chairs. Pool code was not given. I had to go to the building managers office to get it.
