About this property

Condo with view over the pool with ocean beyond!

Beach Club 412 speaks for itself as it is full renovated top to bottom! The color scheme is mostly a soothing combination of neutrals, greys and blues with a pop of vivid colors here and there. The kitchen has been totally upgraded to include all new stainless appliances, glass front cabinets and subway tile for the backsplash. Both bathrooms have been re-done as well to include vanities, flooring and all tile. The master bath is unique to the Beach Club in that it has a private water closet. All this and we have not even mentioned the view! A great location to enjoy the lushly landscaped courtyard as well as the pool and ocean!

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

Beautiful Get-a-Way

Our family had a phenomenal vacation at your VRBO rental! The condo was beautiful and super cozy. The property was in the perfect location for spending some much needed time away, the beach, pool & the local restaurants were simply minutes away. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy! We will definitely nobe returning in the near future!

Beautiful and convenient

This property was exactly as shown, beautifully decorated and clean. This was our first time to St Simon and will definitely go again! This property if convenient at many restaurants and shopping. Plan to book this property for fitire visits. *did have an issue with the washing machine, ruined and entire load of white laundry. Hoping to get this taken care of with rental company, Not sure if it was unusually dirty or something had been washed in it previously!

Convenient unit beautiful area

The unit was nice and we enjoyed it. The dryer did not work and we notified on site office. We do know someone came but it never worked while we were there.
