Nice property with great views. Easy access to the beach....once we learned how to open the door, and we weren't the only ones. A note in welcome packet, or better yet a sign on the door would be helpful.

Our family of five loved staying at this property. We especially enjoyed the views from the living room and balconies, the pool, and the easy access to the beach. The management company was responsive and checked in with us frequently during our stay. We rented bikes and beach equipment, and that process was seamless. We loved St. Simon's Island and hope to return again soon!

Incredible

This place was clean and a perfect location for a family. It was not far from the beach and there was a wonderful pool. everything was easy access and seamless. I honestly would stay again if my family ever plans to be in the area again!

As pictured and was a beautiful condo! View is great. Would definitely come back to this condo. Has everything you need for a stay. Master bathroom could you an upgrade , the shower takes forever for the water to heat up. Other then that it was perfect.

Lovely place and beautiful sunsets. Just need to fix dishwasher handle. One of the keys was hard to use.

Great location and overall nice place

Right on the water. Clean property. Well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Close to shops and great restaurants. My only complaint was that my shower was clogged. I emailed. Then called. They said someone was coming and they never resolved the issue.

bathroom & beach chairs

Overall, it was nice. However, my husband has to use a walker at night, and his walker didn't make it through the bathroom door because the door frame is too narrow. Also, the shower/bathroom could use an update. Additionally, an added touch would be to add beach chairs. Maybe put them in one of the condo or in one of the closets on the way to the beach.

Review of property

Couch and chair fabric was very dirty. Large dirty area on carpet in master. Closet in master and others so full of stuff made it difficult to put ours in it. View and amenities of property were beautiful very convenient to all we wanted to do. Probably would not rent this condo again but would work with rental company Hodnett Cooper definitely again. Their service was great.

Great condo and great location. Would definitely stay here again. Proximity to the beach was wonderful and the pool is great. They had a pool attendant every day and they were very nice and accommodating. Definitely a family destination.
