Preyre 14-1096-Cosy, charming and convenient

Very charming and cosy one-bedroom apartment located rue Louis Blanc, an eight-minute walk from the Convention Center. It is in the old-town district and offers nice street views from its very narrow terrace, including that of the fascinating Marché Forville just opposite. It is on the 1st floor without lift.



The living room just exudes cosy comfort, boasting a sofa bed, dining corner and a small decorative fireplace. A simply-equipped kitchen looks out onto this room through an attractive archway at one end. The all-white decor sets off the room very nicely.



The bedroom with has two single beds, which can be arranged as a double.



There is a bathroom with shower & toilet.



Be sure to leave time on your program for a morning tour of the Forville Market and its typical local products. Or, on Mondays, it becomes a fascinating all-day antiques market.

Situation très centrale à Cannes

La location est exactement comme sur les photos : très belle déco, l'appartement a beaucoup de charme. La situation est très centrale : à deux pas du marché quotidien de Forville, rues piétonnes avec restaurants, magasins de vêtements, ... La première plage est à 5 à 10 minutes à pied, idem pour la Croisette et les fameuses marches rouges :)
