This 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhome can accommodate up to 9 guests and up to 13 with the assistance of 2 air mattresses. A king bed, 43" UHD Samsung TV, private balcony with two chairs, and private bathroom in the master suite; a king bed and 55" UHD Samsung TV in the second bedroom; two twin bunk beds and a trundle in the third bedroom; and a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room. Battle each other on the X-Box One, have a family game night from the dozens of games provided, and have a delicious barbecue with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen!

Located in the brand new Zion Village Resort in Hurricane, this townhome has quick access to grocery shopping, restaurants, museums, emergency clinics, and is only 25 minutes from Zion National Park! Dine in at Lonny Boy's BBQ, let the kids run around at one of the local parks, and even go view a new release at the movie theater!

Just like home!

This property is very well maintained and feels like home! I love all the extra things sprinkled throughout the place that you might need while staying there such as cooler packs, tupperware, kiddie life jackets, batteries, board games, etc etc. This was the perfect place to bring our family!

Amazing place with great facilities

The place was amazing, very large and spacious and very clean. The beds were all very comfortable and the club house and swimming pool were a blast. Even in the winter my kids loved swimming and the gas fires around the pool at night were a great touch. Really was a fun place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, and well set-up house after our fun Utah activities.The pool was an added treat in the intense heat. From start to finish - all went smoothly for our stay. Highly recommend!!

Convenient Location

We stayed here for a mountain bike race. Property was clean and nicely appointed. This is a great place for families, but it is very busy. Pool was a mad house. Not really a place to relax, but it was great for what we needed.

Great location!

It was a very nice property! We went to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. This was centrally located which was perfect. Then we flew out of Las Vegas. We had breakfast at the Main St Cafe which was very good ( like home cooked meals), Edge of the World Brewery ( very good too) and the Pig's Ear which was very close and good (make a reservation). We had a great time!

Perfect location for exploring Zion

Beautiful townhouse with amazing views, in an easy drive distance to Zion (30 min). Pool was fantastic - my kids loved the lazy river feature, and I enjoyed the fire pit! WiFi was spotty, but management was responsive when asked for help. Layout of the unit was great, and the beds were comfy. Enjoyed River Rock Roasting in LaVerkin down the street for dinner and awesome berry muffins in the morning, and dinner at the Pig’s Ear (walking distance) was very good. Thanks for sharing your property!

Was well stocked with paper supplies, shampoo, soap etc. Very clean and in excellent condition. Incredible view and all around a great place. Good location for exploring Utah’s state and National Parks. Bunk bed room had twins on the bottom, not queens as description said and sectional didn’t appear to be a sleeper. Blow up mattresses were provided so it still could sleep as many as stated. Enjoyed our stay and plan on returning again.

Comfortable and cozy.

My family had a great time playing ping pong, games, and the record player. We enjoyed making family dinners, popping popcorn and watching movies on the cozy couch on the chilly nights. We experienced the first snowfall of the year. It is a Great location. Sand hallows ATU tour was fun and exciting. Zion is nearby and magnificent. Crumbl cookies in St. George is a must. Best cookies ever! There is horseback riding, tons of hikes and a cool dinosaur museum we will check out next time! I highly recommend this townhouse!

Everything was great except the bed in master had hairs on the sheets and stains. Appeared to be used and not changed. Also bath towels have a terrible wet odor.

Great stay overall

Had a great time overall but their support was a bit slow to reply when the wifi did not work. Took about 15 hrs before they got back to me which was problematic given I WFH and was not able to given the issue. Luckily I was able to figure it out on my own by resetting the breaker box to reset the wifi router. The listing shows 2330 sq ft but the properly is only ~1800. So I feel that was a bit misleading, aside from that the property was comfortable for my family.

Perfect stay for our Zion/Bryce family vaca

We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our Zion/Bryce family vacation. We met friends from Denver here and our kids loved sharing the bunkbed room (that included lots of storage for their things and a flat screen Tv). The primary suite was huge with a very nice on-suite bathroom and big closet. The views from the balcony were incredible.. woke up to the sunrise in the mountains and watched the sunset to the west. The pool area was the real highlight, both for the kids and adults alike. The pool was clean and not overcrowded; the perfect reward for the kids after a day of hiking. There were activities for all ages and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Not too far from the park and near lots of restaurants and grocery store/Walmart. This is a small thing, but I loved all of the storage containers available to use to pack lunches to take into the park. That was a nice surprise!
