Oceanfront Condo at St. Simons Beach Club!

Hodnett Cooper offers this well furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club #135 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service. A 3-night minimum stay is required for this residence. During July 4th holiday, a 5-night minimum stay is required.

Had a wonderful time with family at St Simons Island. Quaint little town and great property! Pool & pool area was wonderful, beach was a nice walk, further than expected. Condo needs a little updating and decluttering, but other than that it was a nice place.

Great for grandparent and grandkids getaway!

This was a perfect location for us to take our two grandchildren. They loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Unit was clean and they enjoyed the stuffed shark pillows on the twin beds :) Being on the first floor made it convenient for the elevator or using the stairs.

This vacation was just what the ladies needed. My mom, aunt, sister, daughter and I enjoyed the closeness to the Beach. We had a slight issue with our unit and the property manager promptly took care of it. Highly recommend this spot!

Really nice property, exactly as described. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The room was very nice, air ran great, bedroom was comfortable, occasionally heard a neighbor but very rarely. Overall, great time. We will come back in October.

Nice Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at St Simons! This was our first visit. The condo was as advertised, very nice! and any questions we had Hodnett Cooper immediately replied to us. Also liked having our chairs, cooler etc already at the condo from the Vay-K Gear. Our only complaint was the long walk to the beach but apparently it’s that way all over the island unless you stay at The King and Prince.

We had a wonderful week at this property! It was clean, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. We loved eating on the balcony. The property was great and location was nice. We loved being able to play in the pool and then head to the beach in the same day! Parking was the only con to our stay. It’s tough to park if you have a larger vehicle. Walking distance to restaurants and shops also. The balcony door also did not lock, but wasn’t an issue for us. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Nice...a bit dated but very comfortable and cozy, which is MOST important to me. The microwave did not work but they sent a replacement one so we were back in business. Ceiling fans would be nice in the bedrooms. Loved the warm decor and pictures of Italy...a favorite place of ours! Nice to have a washer/dryer available if needed.

thanksgiving at st Simons Island, ga

Property was good. Hodnett Cooper was not. Very disappointed we were not given any tips about where to eat and because it was thanksgiving, the need to make reservations to eat several months ahead of time. As a result we were not able to find any place to eat on thanksgiving and had to eat in Atlanta prior to our trip to st. Simons.

Great location -- right on the beach

My husband and I and another couple decided to do an impromptu weekend getaway and found this place last minute! So happy it was available. The place was clean, perfect location right on the beach. Perfect for 4 guests....It would be cramped with 6. My only ask is that there are extra towels. Other than that, it was great! Would definitely stay again and have already recommend to friends and family. Thanks for having us!

St Simon’s Island

Great experience, easy rental experience, all handled online and everything was very clear and to the point. All was good with the property. Rental unit was not huge, but for four of us it was perfect. Sleeps six but that would have been tight. First floor unit was nice especially with a small child. Clean, well supplied kitchen with plenty of dishes and all appliances needed. Would absolutely rent this unit again.
