The beach view is awesome, lots nearby in PB, convenient washer/dryer, kitchen well stocked, and smooth check-in. The host was responsive, which we valued. That said, the home could use a deep cleaning and some TLC as it is a bit worn compared to the listed photos. With some attention, it could be a much more comfortable stay.

Great location! Great patio

Location is ideal. Patio is perfect House needs work, furniture, cleaning. Everything does work and kitchen is well stocked and large. Rooms are large. Beds are decent. Should be kings in 2 rooms instead of queens.

An amazing time

Fabulous Location!

This is a great location, one property in from the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio looking at the ocean. Nice kitchen with good counter space to prepare meals. Main bathroom upstairs was a good size, and it was nice to have the half bath downstairs. This house is great for one couple or a small family, but would not recommend for two couples due to only one full bath. The outside shower has a lock on it, but we didn’t need to use. The property needs some paint and minor fixes. Having a garage was a big plus. We would rent again!

GREAT location

This place was perfect for us (a group of five 30 year old friends). Dixie was incredibly helpful, it was easy to get in and out. The location is truly perfect - one block from the beach, a quieter area but very easy to walk to north to PB to the busy area and south to Mission Beach. The house was well stocked with all of the standard items one might need. The outdoor area is perfect, we spent the bulk of our time there. The BBQ worked well. We were so pleased with the place and would highly recommend it.

Lovely place in the center of Mission Beach

We had a wonderful stay - we loved how close the house is to the beach. The area has great food and is far enough away from the busier part of MB which was nice. Would definitely stay again

Christmas in San Diego

We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay close to the beach. This property hit those two needs. It was quiet, clean and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the upper deck for nightly sunsets as well as the main deck when weather permitted. Some deferred maintenance needed but overall a nice place to stay.

Perfect spot between Pacific Beach and Mission Beach

This was a wonderful spot for our family to stay. Practically on the beach and walking distance to everything you need. The house was perfect for our family with all the rooms upstairs and the living space downstairs.
