Fantastic Host and an amazing place !!We utilize VRBO and AB&B 10-12 times a year and Sarah is by far the most organized and communicative Host we have ever met. The location and layout of their place is amazing. We will absolutely stay there again every time it’s available.

This was our second extended stay at this home and everything was perfect. The home was spotless and comfortable and the communication with the host was helpful and efficient. The location can’t be beat, convenient to the best spots in south Tampa, including Hyde Park and Bayshore. Our family enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to others.

Our stay at this property was GREAT!!! Loved the location and the space itself. We felt very safe walking at night to the local restaurants. We were very comfortable in the space. Parking was so easy as a driveway is available for use. We had no issues at all and the host was proactive in communication to make sure we had everything we needed

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for our long weekend in Tampa. The house was well furnished and extremely clean. It has everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, close to downtown, and there were tons of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay with all the amenities necessary. Shuffe board was awesome and tons of board games and books for the kids. Small balcony was a plus. Great location close to downtown Hyde Park. Very safe neighborhood and pleasant neighbors. A short drive away from downtown Tampa, museums, stadium and aquarium. Recommend fully very centralized. Hosts very attentive and available.would absolutely come back!!! Thank you

Beautiful townhouse in quiet neighborhood! Our host could not have been nicer! Restaurants & grocery store all within walking distance! Hyde Park Village less than a 15 minute walk with amazing shops & restaurants! Definitely will stay here again!

Great rental home in S Tampa

Very comfortable, clean home within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops on S Howard and in Hyde Park Village and longer walk or short drive to downtown Tampa. Owners are friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Tampa House!!!

The property was perfect for our family stay in Tampa to attend a wedding at The Edition. The house is beautiful and immaculate and so well appointed with everything that could possibly be needed. Our hosts were so easy to communicate with and friendly and responsive and gracious. We will certainly not hesitate to stay here again!!

Great property in a Great location

The house was recently remodeled and beautiful. Very comfortable for 6 of us and very clean. The location couldn’t have been better as it was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The owners were always available and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun time in Tampa.
