Overall 6 of us had great stay, Tim was a fantastic host very helpful and provided clear guidance on what to expect and how things work in the house. House was clean, has everything you need to relax, enjoy and cook a few meals.
Just up the road from Homewood, can call a shuttle and can get a ride without the hassle of parking which was great. Driveway can easily fit several cars, although in the winter no room to turn around so its like a tandem setup.
This vacation home had everything we needed for our family together time. Its located in a lovely area in the ‘west is best’, less busy side of the lake. The home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the wooded area around the home and driving the short distance to DLBliss SP and hiking there, marveling at the views. Tahoe City is a short drive, as is South Lake Tahoe.
We loved this house! Owner Tim was incredibly responsive. The location os perfect for all West shore activities. We enjoyed the deck, and the beautiful forested views. Easy access to a public beach and the bike trail system. Super comfy beds. Nice kitchen (though bring your own oil, spices, sugar, etc.) A perfect getaway!!
We had a great stay at this home and we hope to rent again. The location is close to the bike trail and only 1/2 mile from the Chambers hut. We rode bikes to Sugar Pine Point and walked to Tahoe Pines.
We enjoyed having breakfast on the master bedroom deck and dinner on the main deck. When our two sons joined us there was still plenty of room. We had a great get away!
This property has a very old Tahoe home feel with beautiful landscaped yard in a forested setting. The house is very comfortable and stocked with the basics.
Tim the owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodated us on several issues to meet our needs.
The property is an excellent value and I would certainly recommend it.

It was great to get away and cool off from the summer heat. We were able to BBQ and sit on the lovely deck surrounded by pine trees for evening dinners. This homes sits back off the street and provides wonderful privacy. We really enjoyed our stay
