Wonderful property! Wonderful location

The photos don’t do this property justice. It is so much better than it looks. Garden is beautiful. House is very well equipped. Very quiet location. Beach is 10 minutes from house and is lovely. The restaurant at the beach is superb. The house has everything you need. We will definitely return.

Pas de parasol terrasse, wifi fonctionnant mal par intermittence, abords de la maison pas nettoyés, grille pain défectueux, forte odeur incommodante de cheminée. Prestations pas à la hauteur du prix de la location. Par contre, les concierges très sympas.

Chère Madame, Nous regrettons que notre maison de vacances n'ait pas complètement satisfait vos attentes. Nous tenons à offrir le meilleur service et il nous a toujours été rapporté que notre maison était bien équipée et agréable pour des vacances familiales. En l'occurrence, il y avait un parasol, a insérer au centre d'une des tables de jardin. Mais nous avons compris que vous auriez préféré un pied de terrasse. Il est vrai que le grill pain ne fonctionnait que d'un côté, et sur votre signalement nous l'avons immédiatement remplacé. S'agissant de la connection internet nous sommes tributaires du réseau et nous le signalons à l'opérateur. Les precipitations du 06 au 12 mai ne nous ont pas permis de tondre la pelouse pour votre arrivée, mais l'herbe de quelques cm ne constitue pas un défaut de nettoyage. Enfin la cheminée est bien agréable en hiver mais nous n'avons jamais eu d'observation sur des odeurs résiduelles au printemps. Nous allons cependant élucider ce sujet. Mer et campagne

Cette maison est située au bord de l’Aven. Le cadre est magnifique . La terrasse s’ouvre sur un très beau jardin avec ses grands arbres, ses oiseaux . La maison est pratique, la grande cheminée très agréable . L’accueil est chaleureux. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

très agréable séjour

Un séjour très agréable dans une belle région avec un bel environnement et une maison idéalement située près de la plage et de la rivière. Cette maison présente les conditions requises pour loger dix personnes avec, de plus, une terrasse ouverte sur un espace naturel. Il faut cependant noter que de nombreuses mises à niveau seraient souhaitables pour répondre aux besoins des résidents ( ustensiles de cuisine, verres, couverts, chaises, réfrigérateur supplémentaire manquant, séchoir à linge tombé en panne, table de jardin peu solide....). Et que la propreté est à améliorer.

La maison est située dans un très joli jardin. l'environnement est très calme. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied et L'Aven à 3 minutes. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances. L'accueil est parfait.

Strandnah und ruhig

Das alte Steinhaus liegt versteckt in einer Sackgasse auf sehr schönem grünen und ruhigen Grundstück. Der erste Eindruck innen ist ein etwas moderiger Geruch, welcher wohl bedingt durch die Bauweise im Zusammenspiel mit der feuchten Meeresluft entsteht (wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten Dauerlüften). Wohn- und Esszimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist soweit ok aber nur 1 kleines Schneidbrett, 1 grosses für Brot. Richtig scharfe Messer gibt es nicht, also am besten selbst welche mitbringen. Geräte sind soweit alle da und funktionieren. Die Bäder sind aus den 1990ern und haben ihre beste Zeit schon hinter sich, aber sie sind sauber. Was es weder im Bad noch in der Küche oder in den WCs gibt, sind Handtuchhalter. Das ist sehr unpraktisch!! Das untere Schlafzimmer ist etwas moderner eingerichtet, die anderen sind eher altmodisch/praktisch. Auf der Terrasse gibt es zur Anzahl der Betten und Gäste zu wenig Holzstühle. Wir haben mit welchen aus dem Esszimmer aufgestockt. Ausserdem hat es nur zwei Liegen. Zum Flussufer sind es ca. 5 Fussminuten, zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten. Gute Ausgangslage für schöne Ausflüge. Insgesamt hatten wir (2 Familien) eine schöne Woche dort.
