The community boasts a fully-equipped gym, a tranquil lazy river, an inviting pool, vibrant volleyball courts, thrilling water slides, kayaking, and even mini-golf ? all of which create the ambiance of a luxurious resort.

Inside, you'll find ample space for both relaxation and dining. Stay seamlessly connected with Wi-Fi, enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, and unwind with a Smart TV. A Washer and Dryer ensure convenience, while the fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with essential cooking tools.

The balcony provides a captivating view of the pool and is furnished with cozy seating, offering a tranquil setting for relaxation.

As part of your package, you'll have access to the exceptional amenities of Storey Lake Resort, including an Aquatic Park, Water Slides, a Lazy River, a Jacuzzi, and a well-equipped Fitness Center.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.

Parking Area: Our property provides parking space for up to two cars at no extra cost.

A Pack & Play and a High Chair will be available if you request one day before your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

It's important to know that Mini Golf and Kayaking are not included in your stay and require additional payment if you wish to participate. You can pay for these activities on-site. For more information, please speak to the front desk.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property.
