Enjoy your early morning coffee with the sunrise at this relaxing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Bayfront and ground floor, your whole family will love to play in the bay or lounge on the sand. The large patio is perfect for grilling while catching some rays. There are lots of activities on the bay such as Stand up paddle boards, Kayaks, Sea Doo's and more. This condo has 2 queen beds in the Master Bedroom and a 1 King in the second room. There are 2 parking spaces available, one in the garage and one outside the garage. Small pets permitted.

The views of the water are some of the best in San Diego!! This unit sits directly on the bay with easy access to water activities. You can also use some of our beach chairs to sink your toes in the sand and relax to the sights and sounds of coastal living. There are plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and beach rental stores within walking distance. Just minutes from La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and Crown Point you will be central to all kinds of beach fun.
