• If you are planning on using the pull out bed please let us know ahead of time so we can be sure to prepare it for your arrival
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• Shared laundry is located behind the back unit (342 ½) and accessed via the west walkway. Please do not go past the laundry area when entering from the West side as this is the other units private patio.
• No air conditioning; central heat only. There are many windows and ceiling fans to help circulate the coastal breeze.
