Located about one mile from the beach in Pacific Beach, the home offers easy access to local attractions like Balboa Park and Gaslamp Quarter. Things to Know: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Guests must be at least 25 years old. No pets, no smoking, no events, and quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 am

Pacific Beach
The property was very clean and modern. The hosts had everything we needed to make dinners at home. Every bedroom had its own bathroom plus an extra half bath downstairs. The decor and the layout of the house was perfect for the six of us. I also appreciate that there were not signs all over the house with instructions … we did throw all the towels in the laundry prior to leaving and washed all of the dishes but it was nice they only had two requests – gather your things and turn off the lights. It made it feel more like our own vacation home. Would love to stay there again.

Nice house
Everything was fine!
Just three things we did not like…the dirty rug in the master bedroom (many black spots) also, we asked for a late check out (one hour) and they wanted to charge 75 dlls. We have rented many properties before and this never happened to us!
Another point, one drawer in the kitchen and some cabinets were a mess….
Besides this, it is a nice house and we did have a great time.
