Much needed R & R

Needed to get away for a while and found this home in a neighborhood that I am very familiar with. The house was very clean, quiet, and very nice. Great location and well kept. Family of 5 enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!

We had a nice stay in Solana Beach. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood next to Del Mar racetrack. The Italian court yard was very relaxing as as the main showers! Kitchen could use a bit more supplies otherwise a nice stay.

Fantastic Location

A beautifully appointed, comfortable home conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and activities and our California family. We walked to beach and breakfast everyday. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and relax or play games. We travelled with our adult children and hope to come back next year.

Beautiful location. Construction around the corner and truck parking on the street made getting in and out of driveway difficult. House was amazing. Only disappointment was outside spaces. Shade umbrella in front broken and cushions on all outside spaces worn out and dirty. Lots of beautiful outdoor spaces were underused by our family because of poor condition of seating surfaces. House decor and art were spectacular. More printed instructions for renters like ourselves that aren’t familiar with how all appliances worked, would have been helpful. Overall though, a great rental.

Beautiful home. Plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable.Suggestions for the owners to make it more comfortable for future guests. (I will be staying again in the future :-))Supply a few Tupperware containers for storing leftovers in the fridge. Maybe supply a box of baggies. More hangers in the bedrooms. Supply a starter box of Kleenex. Supply a couple of chip clips. More face and hand towels. (there was only one of each in the primary bathroom. None in the other bathroom). Light bulbs burned out in the entry way, primary bath hall closet, overhead automatic light in the garage and a couple in the living room. A few white towels had what looked like mold stains on them. Supply a rinse aid for the dishwasher. Glasses came out very spotted. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay!
